On the day that the Fantasy Premier League cup go underway, we can now reveal who made it through to the second round of our own Fantasy Football Scout Cup, while also revealing the qualifiers and first round draw for the Members tournament.
Members Cup, Round 1
Joining previous winner Malaikat jihad in Gameweek 17’s first round of our Members Cup are the 511 managers who hit the qualifying score threshold of 58; with a rank of at least 1,116 required for those who reached that score.
Our former champion is currently among the lowest placed competitors with a rank of 3,697,022, which makes him the underdog in his Round 1 clash with 70,999 ranked Drieet.
A further scan of the round one matches reveals that Mark and his 51,461 ranked side has an encounter with 618,607 placed Tacalabala, while Paul (ranked 592,890) has a far closer tie against Grumpy Camel (ranked 534,105) and similarly my 12,722 placed side will square up to Christobisto (ranked 31,961).
In total there are six top 1,000 ranked managers in the Members Cup, with 33 placed Heroes & Villains the highest. However, he will not have it easy in the first round as he takes on Fozilla28, who has a highly respectable rank of 11,932.

Fantasy Football Scout, Round 2
Meanwhile, the first round of our open to all FPL cup took place in Gameweek 16 and saw two former winners, A manager has no name and donnellyc, depart.
Of our remaining six former champions, Mark will take on 422,997 ranked m4rkyp in Gameweek 17’s round two draw, while I square up to Brucey99, and Sleepysi (44,471) faces 10,206 placed Wain’s Wonders.
Wild Rover (ranked 255,811) has a tough match with 1,432 placed AnytimeScorer as does 519,134 placed Ninja_Fit_Saints, who clashes with 5,475 ranked nrundle.
Finally, among our champions, 51,263 placed Gribude will fancy his chances against Maggits, who is 1,385,868th in the overall rankings.
The highest ranked manager in the competition is 82nd placed Whats the mata, who saw off Ryssel in round one to set up a tie in the second round with Toby Lerone (35,204).
