Gameweek 36 comes to its conclusion as Spurs welcome Watford to Wembley in Monday’s 8pm kick-off.

After Mohamed Salah’s rare blank on Saturday, Harry Kane has the chance to shake up the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) standings tonight.

The second top captain pick (17.84%) for this round of fixtures, Kane was handed the armband by 54 of the top 100 managers heading into Gameweek 36.

He was also the most bought player, earning 241,000 new owners, and is again the top transfer in as the north London side prepare for Double Gameweek 37 clashes against West Brom and Newcastle.

Yet his form is hardly prolific, with just a single goal scored over his last six league outings.

By comparison, the Spurs midfield have been far more reliable.

Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-min have both scored four times over the same period, while Dele Alli has netted on three occasions and also supplied a trio of assists.

The Dane is the most captained of that trio, with 84,608 FPL managers backing him with the armband.

Son could be the big differential. Handed the captaincy by just 32,917 FPL managers, the South Korean international has averaged seven points per home match this season.

Furthermore, he served up two goals and an assist in the corresponding fixture with the Hornets last term.

    DDG* (Ryan)
    Smalling* Chilwell* Morgan* (Robertson. Lowton)
    Salah. Sterling* Son* Kenedy* Willian*
    Jesus* Kane(TC) (Barnes)

    1 FT. 1.4 ITB

    Son + Willian = Alli + Ramsey? (-4)
Crazy to do Salah to Eriksen?

How nailed is Jesus for next two games?

Sterling more likely to be rested for one, considering how much he’s played?

Pep getting Jesus ready for next season?

I would say he's very nailed.

Hard to see Sterling starting both, if I knew he was, I'd definitely TC him

I can see Sterling outscoring Jesus (and anyone else in 37 for that matter). Even if he starts only one, surely he'll get mins off the bench in the other? And we've seen the impact he's had as a sub this season.

Imagine Sterling running at a tired Bong...

People think loads of stuff about Sterling.

No one says he is the second highest scoring player in the game they just call him a rotation risk.

I think he is a better captain that Jesus this week coming.

    Morning all.

Am on a free hit this week...is having 3x Utd defence, 3x Spurs attack and 3x City attack (with some Swansea enablers) overkill / too many eggs in too few baskets??

    De Gea
    Jones, Smalling, Naughton
    Erikson, Son, Sterling, Sane
    Kane, Jesus, Ayew

    3.9, Carrol, Francis, 3.9

Would wait to get confirmation re Jones starting ahead of Friday's game - otherwise could switch to Monreal.

    Thanks!

Jones won´t play both matches, sorry if i sound a bit sour, but where have you been last three month? Jones hardly played and also injured

Yep I know he's hardly played, but when he does Utd invariably keep a clean sheet! Am hoping Jose realises this soon and plays him. But if not will swap him out for e.g. Monreal (should get Utd line up before Friday deadline?)

Figure Spurs and City spots are better used in attack which is why I'm left with Utd in defence...

Jesus TC just doesn't inspire me...the TC option is made for explosive players with high ceilings. Jesus is consistent when he gets a run of games but he's no Aguero.

Sterling would be the best option but my rival has a 10 point lead on me and owns Sterling and Sane. He's priced out of Kane and can't get Jesus (Laporte is his third City player).

Really unsure about whether I TC Sterling and maybe he will too (either Sterling or Sane for him I think) and then rely on Kane and Jesus as differentials, or I go for it and TC Kane or Jesus who he doesn't own. Any advice?

If he doesn't have or can get Kane then TC him. Same for Jesus. I'd bet he goes Sterling. It's a behind the sofa job but if you want to win then that's what you have to do.

Agree Sterling's perferable in principle, just the rotation risk. Last 5 full games (75mins+):
        Sterling - 3G/6A
        Jesus - 4G/3A
        Kane - 2G/1A

Don't think Jesus looks so bad.

1 FT, currently 11 DGW's but will play Salah over Carroll. Triple Captain on Kane:

        Ryan | Pope*
        Davies | Chilwell | Dummett | Robertson* | Lowton*
        Sterling | Son | Ki-Sung-yueng | Carroll | Salah*
        Kane | Aubameyang | Jesus

        * = Single GW

Thinking Pope > Fabianski on a free?

Nah would tough it out. Your current players could outscore the new ones.

Got just enough for Foster, Lukaku, Salah > Courtois, Kane, KDB for -8.
Not sure whether to pull the trigger or just do a -4 and keep Salah, what do you guys think?

This is the move I'm thinking about. Finding it difficult to take Salah out regardless of only playing one game
