The biggest Gameweek of the season kicks off on a barmy Friday night on the south coast as Brighton host second-placed Manchester United.

Fantasy managers will be focused on the away side, despite the absence of their most popular asset, striker Romelu Lukaku.

The Belgian misses out through injury as Jose Mourinho hands starting roles to Marcus Rashford and Antony Martial in his front three. Juan Mata also comes into a much-changed line-up as Alexis Sanchez is omitted from the squad.

Significantly, Paul Pogba is named on the teamsheet once again. United’s form player, the Frenchman has three goals and an assist from his last four starts and goes into tonight’s match as the fourth most signed play having been snapped up by 140,000+ managers ahead of the deadline.

Elsewhere for United, Chris Smalling could be a key figure against a Brighton defence that has proved vulnerable at set-plays. The Seagulls have conceded 20 goals, including 14 from corners – more than any other side. Smalling has three goals in his last seven starts and top scored in the previous Double Gameweek with 15 points.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

It's typical. When Milojevic scores a penalty and does not much else in the game he gets 3 BAPS and when GroB scores a winner from open play he's lucky to scrape 1.

The BAPS system is fooked. I've seen countless episodes of 3 BAPS awarded just because a player scores the winner often from the penalty spot.

I think he's suggesting that Pep would have felt obligated to play a stronger side if Brighton's result would have affected other teams. That said, this could have the opposite effect: Brighton hits the beach, psychologically, immediately.

Can't see Pep fielding an entire 2nd string team, but their will be a few non-regulars in there.

Didn't captain Sterling for this reason. Jesus a safer pick surely.
