Gameweek 37 rolls on with four midweek fixtures of huge significance to Fantasy managers.

The two most captained and Triple Captained players are in action and both start.

Harry Kane heads into tonight’s contest off the back of another disappointing performance and a two-point return at The Hawthorns. He still carries the hopes of over a million managers who trusted him with the armband, with over 190,000 activating the Triple Captain chip on the Spurs striker.

Meanwhile, Gabriel Jesus is the other key man on show as champions Manchester City host Brighton and bid to shake off the malaise of Sunday’s 0-0 stalemate with Huddersfield Town.

Jesus has the backing of 277,000+ captaincies, with 75,000 of those using the Triple Captain chip on the Brazilian.

While that pair claim starts, the second most signed player for Gameweek 37 – Raheem Sterling – is missing as Pep Guardiola makes eight changes tonight.

The winger is excluded from Man City’s squad which will come as devastating news for the 264,000 who handed him the armband and, in particular, for the 69,000 managers who will now be resigned to just three points from their Triple Captain.

Elsewhere tonight, a much-changed Chelsea face Huddersfield at Stamford Bridge knowing that, should they fail to claim three points, the Blues they would surely have to surrender their bid for a top-four spot.

Meanwhile, Arsenal make the trip to a beleaguered Leicester City as they look to build on Sunday’s superb 5-0 victory over Burnley. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the key asset for the Gunners – he is already the most signed player after his 16-points against the Clarets made him Gameweek 37’s top scorer so far.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Is it worth doing
    a) Son to Sane/Zaha but keeping faith in 2 Burnley defender
    b) Bring in a 5.0 defender

Yeah great chance! In a similar position, 17 behind but both of us used all our chips.
I have Cresswell and Arnie tomorrow, he has Smalling and Lingard (We both have DDG too).
I've noticed he would have to take a hit to get Salah back in 38 whereas I could do it for free.....it could be some finish!

It is a funny game managing a fantasy side. No matter how good some decisions may be we always kick ourselves for the bad decisions. I'm annoyed with myself for picking Sterling as captain(now seems obvious although pre gameweek I convinced myself he would score well even if he only played one game). Yet overall my tactics were good and sitting on 111(-4) with 3 to play should help me achieve my primary goal of top 10k finish.

Can't help feeling the best season scores are achieved by those who pick the right captain for the majority of gameweeks (or is that stating the obvious?).

Massive factor. Don’t think I’ve had as bad a season for picking the wrong option in the end. Knowing that my VC have outscored my C picks doesn’t help matters, sometimes these fpl tools make the situation worse!

Haha, I think you’ve been on these boards as long if not longer than me to say also notice there is more fplstatistics, gargatrons, pepole with pearls of wisdom on show than ever before, when we used to have to wait on Frans scoutpicks
