Any advice/help would be much appreciated.... I did my free hit last game week, I'm trying to sort my team out for this game week, but it's showing up has the previous team (the 1 before the free hit!!!) what can i do?

The free hit chip means you pick a team for that specific gamesweek and the week after your team reverts to your original team, it isn't a wildcard and most tend to use it to navigate blank gamesweeks.

That's because a free hit only changes your team for 1 week if you need to make major changes try the wc

Finding it tough to hold onto Firmino.

I would stop resisting and just ship him out, unless it's for a hit or you have other more pressing transfers to make (Richarlison anyone?).

Klopp himself said that in their system Mane and Firmino are mids and Salah is a striker, the heatmaps show that out of that front 3 Firmino is the furthest back and that has really been reflected in his output this season. 9.5m is a huge chunk of cash that can be spent better elsewhere, with so many good 6.5-7m option up front you could downgrade Firmino to Wilson, Arnie, Mitro or Zaha and save yourself a minimum of 2.5m that could be reinvested in to midfield or defence. All of this of course depends on what the rest of your team is like, but at this stage Firmino is not a good investment, he is fairly expensive, he plays out of position (and not in a good way) and he takes up a valuable liverpool spot.
