The Fantasy Football Scout Community have been busy at work again this week, producing the usual excellent array of articles and tables to help with our planning for Gameweek 4.
The hot topics, meanwhile, have ranged from short-term absentees to Liverpool assets and everything in between.
Our latest Community Round-up feature has it all covered.
The Hottest Topics
Celt Abroad kicked off the Gameweek 3 reaction with a look at the possible replacements for Richarlison, who was sent off in Everton’s 2-2 draw with Bournemouth.
With Richarlison in mind, Gregor asked if we should sell or keep our short-term absentees and looked at the new suspension rules.
Our regular “Rough with the Smooth” thread turned up the usual success stories and horror tales, while flaming_iles discussed his own excellent start using the RMT tool.
DortmundisLove revealed the past statistics that don’t bode well for defence-heavy teams, meanwhile.
The discussion about Liverpool assets continued, with Rainer looking at the Reds’ fixtures in between the two international breaks.
Legomane floated his method of combating the impact of price falls, while RedLightning examined the overall FPL leader’s early chip usage.
The Gameweek 4 planning started with tambourineman‘s round-up of the weekend’s referees, before G-Whizz gave his weekly clean sheet probabilities, match odds and “Doosra stats”. We also speculated on the breakout players of this coming Saturday/Sunday.
Jekori highlighted the excellent Fulham/West Ham rotation, while Reckoner looked at the best £4.5m midfielders. On the subject of budget assets: what do we do with blister victim Danny Ings?
Concerning the site itself, Benster gave some frank comments on the Scoutcast while we had a live Hall of Fame update for the first time this season.
Finally, there was a fond farewell to Niemi as a mod – but a warm welcome to Rotation’s Alter Ego.
