There are six Premier League matches kicking off at 15:00 BST this afternoon and there is huge relief for the owners of – and those who captained – Mohamed Salah (£13.0m), Sergio Aguero (£11.4m), Roberto Firmino (£9.4m) and Sadio Mane (£10.0m): all four start for their respective clubs.

Aguero was handed the armband by just over 1.5 million Fantasy Premier League bosses for Manchester City’s Gameweek 6 encounter with Cardiff City, while Salah was himself trusted with the captaincy by over a million FPL managers.

Despite being the most popular captaincy choices for the weekend’s matches, both players were among the five most-sold players of this Gameweek: 374,021 FPL bosses lost faith in Salah, while 177,646 of us ditched Aguero.

There was also good news for those who own Luke Shaw (£5.1m), with the United left-back starting ahead of Ashley Young (£5.8m).

However, those who own David Silva (£8.6m) will be disappointed to see the Spanish midfielder relegated to the bench for City’s trip to South Wales.

Fabian Delph (£5.3m) plays at left-back in Benjamin Mendy‘s (£6.4m) absence, while there are also starts for Leroy Sane (£9.2m), Bernardo Silva (£7.5m) and Raheem Sterling (£11.0m).

Xherdan Shaqiri (£7.1m) gets his first Liverpool start alongside Mane, Salah and Firmino, with James Milner (£5.7m) dropping out. Joel Matip (£4.9m) takes Joe Gomez‘s (£5.1m) place at centre-back, meanwhile.

Neil Warnock has changed his full-backs for the visit of Manchester City, while Mark Hughes’ Saints side looks defensive in nature for the trip to Anfield.

Elsewhere, Ricardo Pereira (£5.1m) misses out for Leicester City and Kenedy (£5.0m) returns to the Newcastle United side.

Burnley XI: Hart; Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Taylor; Lennon, Westwood, Cork, Gudmundsson; Vydra, Vokes

Bournemouth XI: Begovic; Smith, Cook, Ake, Rico; Brooks, Surman, Lerma, Fraser; King, Wilson.

Cardiff City XI: Etheridge; Peltier, Morrison, Ecuele Manga, Cunningham; Camarasa, Arter, Ralls, Hoilett; Reid, Ward

Manchester City XI: Ederson; Walker, Laporte, Otamendi, Delph; Gundogan, Fernandinho; Bernardo, Sane, Sterling, Aguero

Crystal Palace XI: Hennessey; Wan-Bissaka, Tomkins, Sakho, Van Aanholt; Kouyate, Milivojevic, McArthur; Townsend, Ayew, Zaha

Newcastle United XI: Dubravka; Yedlin, Lascelles, Fernandez, Dummett; Shelvey, Diame, Ritchie, Kenedy; Perez, Rondon

Leicester City XI: Schmeichel; Chilwell, Evans, Maguire, Amartey; Ghezzal, Mendy, Ndidi, Maddison; Iheanacho, Vardy

Huddersfield Town XI: Lossl; Kongolo, Zanka, Schindler; Durm, Billing, Mooy, Lowe; van La Parra, Kachunga; Depoitre

Liverpool XI: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson; Wijnaldum, Henderson, Shaqiri; Salah, Mane, Firmino

Southampton XI: McCarthy; Vestergaard, Hoedt, Bertrand; Soares, Hojbjerg, Romeu, Lemina, Targett; Redmond, Long

Thing is, I fancy him to score against Chelsea and Klopp’s style always does well vs Guardiola teams. It’s kryptonite to them, when Klopp was at Dortmund and they played Barcelona and against City last season. The 5-0 defeat at City was down to Mane getting sent off because up until that point, Pool were in the ascendancy.

This. Not sure why so few other than some Chelsea fans on here see that Chelsea are horrible defensively. You’re picking Alonso for attacking returns. Their only two CS were against Huddersfield and Bournemouth and they were lucky to get them. Both should have scored.

I don't really see much point in getting rid now. Nailed on to play the best part of 90 mins against Chelsea & City, and I think Pool are comfortably better than Chelsea so the obvious swap to Haz seems a bit pointless this GW. Would rather use my FT to sort out Peltier or Mendy.

Spurs DO have good fixtures but they’ve been so underwhelming. Whether tired, lack of competition for places, bored of Poch after three years... who knows. But maybe watch them tonight and see if it changes. Erik the obvious choice from Spurs.

I don’t want to burst the Bilva bubble but if you’d swapped him out a few weeks ago, imagine the points you’d have from the previous weeks and potentially this week depending on who you got. If you were thinking Mkhi then well done.

Given the views in the replies given, yes, interesting. But Chelsea have only played one decent team this season - City in the C shield. And were owned, looked second rate. They concede goals for fun and were lucky to keep CS’s in the games they did vs HUD and BOU. Liverpool are better than last season and bossed spurs with ease last week, personally I expect the same again.

I've just realised I don't have 'last man standing' as one of my league's - just fantasyfootballscout.co.uk as one of my league's

I entered the pin again and it says the owner has banned me ?
