Another factor is that your budget of 100m is actually in surplus if you go for the best PPM players I think (so something like 5-4-1 with Ings, or 5-3-2 with Ings and Mitro. So therefore it isn't as simple as "you need to captain your premium picks". However Salah is an extreme example, having a 13m player at home vs a poor Sou side and not captaining him is indicative that you shouldn't have him in your team.
