If my friends were any good at FPL, I wouldn't share my team here.

I don’t link my team as I don’t want rivals knowing who I am. If there was a way to get around this, which there isn’t, then I’d link my team.

I Link my team as somehow I usually do a tad better than my minileague rivals.
Must admit I do get paranoid, as one or 2 may work out my next moves if They spot me on here

I personally think everyone should link their team, we are a community and to look for advice and help from others without disclosing your team is against the spirit of this site.

D, I don't want people in my cash ML's to know because given how many of them already describe me as "only winning all the time because you always pick the best players", I can only imagine what they would say if they knew I were on a site like this. It's probably the case they are on here or sites like it anyway, but I'd prefer to avoid the headache.

Besides, what I do I care what a bunch of strangers on here think and what do I have to prove to them? I think if you don't make ludicrous boasts about your team ("I'm on 90 points with 5 to play, is that any good?") or bombastic claims about how you're 100% right about everything, how you've been right in the past etc, then you have nothing to prove by sharing a link. I think if you do make big claims or boasts, humble or otherwise, then you should have a team link.

The guys who should be embarrassed are those who go template the first chance they get. Why are you even linking your team in the first place? Secondly, what does one gain by linking? Thirdly, linking encourages herd mentality. This guy has 10 top 10k finishes, he knows what he's talking about. Err.. Why? Can't he be making an error in judgement. Finally, the people who are up for a discussion are rarely interested in team links. It's usually the lolers and non-regulars who need quick team fixes are the ones checking your link anyway. Who even cares about them?

Another monster haul from Doherty and Patricio saved my gw. Richarlison and Alonso disappointed though.

Rough: Wanted to go Aguero(c) and Lowton to Kane(c) and Doherty for a hit. Chickened out at the end. 15+ point swing.

Smooth: Trip assist and Aguero being clutch saving me at the death just before being subbed

Rough: ML rival has 2x Bournemouth and 2x Palace players tonight to my none, so will narrow the gap to 1st place

Rough: Walcott to Richarlison for a HIT

Did Kane and Knockaert for Ings and Salah for a net 6 point gain. Wanted to bring in JBG in place of Knockaert and captain Kane but bottled both decisions which cost me 26 points and is the difference between a 52 and 78. Still got 1 player to in the week which should hopefully bring me closer to the million OR after my dreadful start.

Thought of Mane Wilson to Maddison Kane. Bottled it.

Took out that absolute scumbag Walcott for Richarlison. Of course this is the week he finally does something.

A Southampton goal and Aguero coming off a couple of minutes earlier and it would have been a completely different gameweek; small margins!

I'd like to thank everyone for their humble congratulations on Saturday, which was surprising and welcome given my astronomical smugness.

I had 2 options this GW: Mendy, Gunnarson > Bennett, Richarlison -4 and bench Arnie or go simply Mendy > Trippier and play Arnie...and it went smooth! Got +13 points thanks to that move!

Smooth: Did Salah to Sterling, also owned Sane and Aguero C.

Rough: WB incoming 12p on bench

Smooth: Still got 4 players left in the last game of the week. Agüero did his job as the captain. Mkhitaryan to Fraser as a transfer hasn't failed yet. Shaw with an assist.

Rough: Everything else. 31 points from 7. Alonso and Salah both blanked when you could have expected one of them to return if the other didn't. Silva, Richarlison and Mitrovic blanked in rather attractive fixtures.

The most rough part is the multi hit transfers that i planned to do this week, which swayed me away from Trippier last week. The 3 hits for Kane, Hazard and Jonny/Doherty were just out of my price range due to price changes to Mendy and Hazard. That's however not in the spirit of the question.

Smooth: Kane (Ings) and Doherty (Pereira) in - both making -4pts well worth it.

Did Mendy and Salah to Trippier and D Silva. Trippier worked well but Silva got me 1 extra point and now both Salah and Silva have dropped in price so complete waste of a transfer. Doherty did well again. Blanks for Alonso and Mitro as well as Silva means a small drop in rank with Fraser and Wilson still to play

Big smooth. 89 on wildcard. Up to top 10k. Double Wolves defence, Kane, Sterling, Trippier, etc. Can’t complain.

Rough: Red arrow, Richarlison, Mitro and Salah not performing.
Smooth: -4 for Jonny and Vardy in saved me from complete disaster

Second hit of the season: Salah & Wilson -> Hazard & Vardy. So far so good...but nothing much else to enjoy this week and a slide from 7k to 20k so far.

Nothing special. Sold Lucas for Richarlison and I was afraid that it could backfire.

Rough:50(-8) points with King to play.My team was weak and i knew i should took some hits..The players i wanted to loose were Firmino,Mendy and one of Salah,DSilva.I was between 2 options:
a)Firmino+Mendy+Salah->Kane+Doherty+Hazard(35 points)
b)Firmino+Mendy+DSilva->Laca+Trippier+Maddison(18 points).
Of course i did b).I was afraid to loose Salah and prefered to loose DSilva and i needed more from Kane and Tottenham.So i found Laca at home agaisnt Wat a better pick for gw8,Maddison is a good pick and Trippier was the best defender for gw8.
Probably the worst decision came in Saturday at 11:20 when i changed my mind and instead of Maddison i bought Pogba.

Only rough was my final decision - Gudmundson or Fraser.

Smooth: Benched Alonso in order to play both Doherty and PVA (and had a Wolves defensive double up with Patricio). 78 points overall.

Looked at Alonso's declining stats and the toughest fixture in the league against Liverpool defence and shackled by dealing with Salah, and couldn't bring myself to bench the other two.

Smooth: used my free hit this week and got 109 points, my highest ever gameweek rank. Beat my usual team by 70 points. Few risky calls that came through, Sterling captain, Gudmundsson, Jonny, van Aanholt.

Rough: I used my triple captain on Mané playing Brighton when he got 3 points.

PvA who’ve I’ve held as a differential since the start finally coming good with 10pts plus Zaha with the assist. (And as a Bournemouth fan with FPL assets in the game, perfect 2-1 win) Saved my atrocious Gameweek by moving from 200k to 130k (had been 100k at the start)

Brought in Doherty and Sterling for Mendy and Salah, plus played PVA over AWB. 80 points and up to 2039th overall

Smooth: captain Sterling and Gudmundsson hauling me into the top 10k.

96 points on WC this week. 4k gameweek rank and moved from 150k OR to 18k. Best scoring transfers in were Sterling (c), Kane, Trippier and Docherty.

Took the plunge and did Mendy, Moura and Wilson out for Bennett, Hojbjerg and Kane for a -8.

Triple Wolves at the back - Patricio, Doherty and Bennett - gave me 28 points. Hojbjerg solved a benching headache each week, meaning I started Maddison and got his points. Kane haul covered the -8 hit, helping me to 78 points and a nice big bump in rank.

One of those moves that felt worth jumping for with Kane's plum fixtures and Mendy's injury. Also balanced out my midfield and gave me a sexy Wolves trio at the back. Kane (C) for Cardiff is what everyone will want this week, nice to already have that sorted and bank the transfer to probably get Salah in post international break.
