As we approach Gameweek 11 of Fantasy Premier League we have got to work on updating our Watchlist.

It’s goalkeepers up first, with teams such as Brighton and West Ham began to get more attention for their budget options

Alisson (£5.6m) retains the top spot for another week even as Liverpool prepare for a trip to face Arsenal. After that, they still have home matches against Fulham and Everton as well as a trip to Burnley in Gameweek 15.

Ederson (£5.7m) has crept back above Kepa Arrizabalaga (£5.5m) but both goalkeepers are on the brink of reclaiming Favourable Fixture tags. Manchester City have some appealing home fixtures but they still face Manchester United and Chelsea in the next six Gameweeks. Maurizio Sarri’s men have excellent home matches before the defending champions come to Stamford Bridge in Gameweek 16, but they have to visit Spurs in Gameweek 13.

Mat Ryan (£4.5m) has risen to become the best of the rest after a third successive clean sheet recorded in Gameweek 10. The Brighton shot-stopper keeps his Favourable Fixtures tag on account of the fact that the Seagulls still sit top of the Season Ticker defence section for the next six Gameweeks.

Lukasz Fabianski (£4.5m) is up next with West Ham’s fixtures particularly appealing over the next six Gameweeks. Burnley and Huddersfield are the Hammers’ next two opponents and home matches against Cardiff and Crystal Palace are also on the horizon.

Kasper Schmeichel (£5.0m) comes in at sixth place although there is understandably some uncertainty over what future Gameweeks will hold for him. There had been suggestions that Leicester’s trip to Cardiff City this weekend would be postponed although it weas confirmed to be going ahead as planned on Tuesday.

Rui Patricio (£4.6m) has dropped several places following back-to-back clean sheet wipe-outs against favourable opponents. The next two matches look particularly tricky for Wolves with Spurs coming to Molineux in Gameweek 11 and a trip to Arsenal in Gameweek 12. However, it’s Huddersfield and Cardiff after that.

Martin Dubravka (£5.0m) remains at the lower end of the scale although he did register a first clean sheet since Gameweek 6 last time out. The Magpies could prove a source of defensive points as their run is, on paper, quite favourable.

Jordan Pickford (£4.9m) and Ben Foster (£4.5m) bring up the rear with their fixtures a little mixed. The Everton man could be used in a rotation as the Toffees have favourable opponents coming to Goodison Park between now and Gameweek 16 while their away trips are rather difficult. Foster has Unfavourable Fixtures attached to him as Watford must host Liverpool and Manchester City between now and Gameweek 15.

          Mahrez - Fraser - Hazard - Salah - Murphy
          Aguero - Arnie

slight segway from asking about non goalscoring defenders. read things like bennett owners desperately unlucky, wonder save from ryan etc on the weekend. every single poster on this page could have made that save! was chest height middle of the goal from far from point blank range. and a big reason he didn't score and did hit it in such an easy to save place is HE IS ryan bennett!

Exactly. Goalscoring defenders tend to score because they have that natural ability. It is the same for strikers.

Which would you do over the next two weeks (2FT this week):

        A) GW11: Trippier and Fraser > Mendy and Barkley; GW12: Mitrovic > Murray/Wilson
        B) GW11: Trippier and Fraser > Mendy and Brooks/Murphy; GW12: Mitrovic and Richarlison > Success and Mane (-4)

        Lucas Digne.....

Talk to me. Next three home fixtures are plum and eye-test has me thinking hes a real threat going forward.

What could be expected of the frenchman against Bighton (h), Cardiff (h) and Castle (h).

Anyone care to offer their opinion? Does he have genuine goalthreat / assistpotential or should I be questioning his ability to get some end product?

I dont see how fixtures can be considered a trap. easier fixtures should give better chances of getting good results. It doesnt allways play out that way, but im happy chasing probability.

If you already have Robbo, Mendy, Alonso, and nothing else pressing, then maybe. But if you don’t have RAM I’d be focusing on getting them in rather than messing about with 5.0m defs

        Mendy Alonso Pereira
        Salah Fraser Haz Maddison
        Mitro Kun(C) Arnie

        Begovic Bennett WB Stephens

        1FT and 0.9 ITB

        A Pereira -> max 5.9 def?

        Hi

Wondering what to use my 2 FT's on this week

        Hart/Hamer
        Shaw/Alonso/tripper/bennet/wan
        hazard/maddison/richarlison/salah/hojberg
        ings/aguero/wilson

thinking of getting rid of ings for Arni and Hart out for Fabianski or should I look at getting rid of shaw instead?

yeah man u defence is so annoying to own but feel I should give him one more game against bournmouth before getting rid. getting joe hart on my wildcard has been a disaster when it was a 50/50 between him and Ryan so thats it for him.

Ings to Arnie looks quite an obvious move for me mate. I think you can afford him with the 1FT and roll the other? You could also consider adding Balbuena?

Yeah can afford a straight swap for Arnie, Really want to get rid of Hart now though as has done dreadful for me. Really like the look of Balbuena too.

Bring Fabs in then instead of Balbuena mate. Fabs, Ryan, Foster and Dubravka all offer better value than Hart at the moment. Can't see Pickford keep saving penalties but he's another obvious choice

        Hello folks,
Can I ask for some draft advice please. Started really well but have had injuries and fallen down the league a little. Team is as follows..
        Ederson. Ryan.
        Monreal. Shaw. Otamendi. Holebas. Jonny.
        Salah. Ozil. Fraser. Jota. Grob.
        Arnie. King. Gray.

Anyone from these available I should transfer in?

Zouma. Balbuena. Dunk. Mata. Snodgrass. Brooks. Mhkitarian. Chicarito. Success.

Im not sure where to go..
        Patricio / Stek
        Alonso / Robbo / TAA / Doherty / Wan-B
        Salah / Hazard / Maddo / RIch / Stephens
        Aguero / Mitro / Ings

        2FT and 0.4 ITB

        I would like to:
        - Get Arnautovic, Drop Mitro or change Ings.. Mitro has this good one last fixture..
        - Drop Patricio for Fabianski
        - Want to get an city def, maybe laporte
        - Want to loose TAA, maybe for a brighton def.

What to do! COuld go for a mini WC with a -4 or -8.
        Advice is most welcome 🙂

          Nice team

          I'd be looking at
          Pat > Fab.
TAA > Duffy (but maybe not this weekend)
Mitro > Arnie (again can prob wait)

I have him and happy to hold him for a while. The extra cash compared to Richarlison is well spent imo, when he is so involved in set pieces.
200p is a lot, but is very possible.

Taking every corner, free kick and penalty though for Swansea as their main talisman .... which he isn’t at Everton

on pens still, in a team that will score more goals than Swansea did - I can see his point, and he is there talisman - Walcott and Bernard are fairly average players, yet to be seen with Rich

Gylfi had every set pieceat Swansea, but isn’t Digne taking free kicks and corners too though at Everton?

The minute Richarlison goes out wide again and Tosun plays down the middle will be the acid test for Gylfi in general play.

Swansea finished 8th in Gylfi’s best season ... can’t see Everton bettering that 😉

Big opportunity upcoming for managers without wildcard. There are not many prized assets that stand out as must have transfers in over the next 3 GWs. This gives us a chance to look forward to what will be a busy festive calendar and slowly start accumulating. WHAM and BRI assets look good (and Spurs after GW14), already have Arnie and Ryan. Likely to get Duffy and then one more WHAM defensive asset for either of my non playing subs.

So who would appeal more? Fab or balbuena. I have Ryan who has a good run after this week when I can see him conceding.

Probably Fabianski, unless have someone like Doherty who can rotate with Balbuena.
            Wouldn't personally start 2 brighton defenders/gk ever.

Plan to bring Doherty in 2 GWs time. Just feel like I'll be bring in Fab for one week then get frustrated with points on the bench lol...got a few days to mull it over. Cheers

I rate Dubravka, it is a puzzling one to say the leas, but with 8 games on the bounce without facing a top six side it also makes sense.

                Hello folks,

Can I ask for some draft advice please. Started really well but have had injuries and fallen down the league a little. Team is as follows..

                Ederson. Ryan.
                Monreal. Shaw. Otamendi. Holebas. Jonny.
                Salah. Ozil. Fraser. Jota. Grob.
                Arnie. King. Gray.

Anyone from these available I should transfer in?

Zouma. Balbuena. Dunk. Mata. Snodgrass. Brooks. Mhkitarian. Chicarito. Success.

                Any advice welcomed, cheers.

I'd go with Ota -> Balbuena. Good fixtures for the foreseeable, nailed-on, decent goal threat - and you don't lose City DF coverage as you still have Ed.

Thinking forward to WC for 14/15/16. West Ham/Chelsea/Spurs/Arsenal spring to mind. I can't see any Spurs that are good enough to include to be honest, what's your thoughts on this draft form permitting :

                Alisson (Hamer)
                Alonso Laporte Balbuena (Doherty AWB)
                Ozil KDB Hazard Mane (Camarasa)
                Wilson Laca Arnie

                2 v Liv, 2 x MCI, 2 x Ars, 2 x WH, 2 x CHE

Trippier would be the only Spurs I'd consider currently, but can't fit him in.

If you really wanted Trippier, lose Ozil, he's had his one good game for the season, and you've missed it.

Exactly, but I assume the City/Fulham game would have been tonight if Spurs/City didn't get pushed back to Monday because of the NFL.
