    Bit off topic: Can anyone tell me what the winner of the 2014/2015 FPL scored in total points? Is there a website for this?

      2470. Why the 2014/15 in particular?

        How did you find that out? That was my highest ranking finish and was curious how far off top I finished.

      Wouldn't triple up on Uniteds offensive players so Lingards gotta go. Maybe change him to Mane or Sane. You don't need to take any hits.

    What players are you considering getting in if Everton - City and/or Chelsea - Brighton becomes DGW in 25?
    At the moment i own Ederson, Alonso, Digne, Richarlison and Siggy.
    My realistic targets would be 2 or 3 of Luiz/Mendy, Hazard/Sterling, Sane/KDB and Aguero/Hugain.

    1. zotter

      Careful as all those would blank in 27

      I would suggest 6 tops then get three out in next two weeks

      For me. Digne. Rich. Hazard who I own. Plus ederson. Sane. Aguero. Given I don’t want to lose salah means a goodbye to pogba who I have made a stack on

        Lets see how they do against Chelsea in the cup. If they can put in a good performance without their front 3 and Moura looks sharp then he's an amazing shout. If they are an absolute mess going forward on the other hand, avoid at all costs.

          😮
          Horrible.
          I said this earlier that playing WC is not the only reason imo for this. Poch's high pressing style my also be responsible for so many muscular injuries.

          1. Party time
            7 years, 6 months ago

            No that is not the reason buddy. City, Pool, Chelsea, Arsenal also press high. Apparently Poch's training workload is heavy on the players. They work alot in training + most players were involved in Russia last summer.

              Yeah.
              I've seen So many Spurs player's in past season getting muscular injuries that it is hard to ignore.
              ( You should know why I'm worried about it 😉
              After all he's favorite to land United job 😀 )

        1. Amey
          • 7 Years
          7 years, 6 months ago

          Yeah. That match can happen in gw25 if both teams get conclusive results with their FA cup matches.
          If Spurs go through I can't see them playing twice with hardly any attacking player available.
          Chelsea victory in league cup could make matters interesting though 😉

    What should I do?

    Alisson
    Robbo - Alonso - Digne - Doherty
    Salah - Hazard - Pogba - Anderson
    Rashford - Jimenez

    Hamer - Alli - AWB - Kamara

    A) Alli + Alonso -> Sane + Mendy (-4)
    B) Alli + Alonso -> Sane + some other defender max 6.1 (-4)
    C) Alli + Anderson -> Sane + some midfielder max 6.7 (-4)
    D) Other

    A is a bit risky but it's very tempting one. If Mendy doesn't play next gw it isn't a big problem for me as Digne, Doherty and AWB all have a good fixture.

    Pep ‘Mendy unstoppable’ looks like straight back in the team?
    How does this impact Sane?

      No one really knows. All opinions on this will be guesswork. We have to wait and see

      Pep: "In terms of the results not too much, but I have missed him. I have the feeling he can give us extra, and hopefully at the end of the season we can use him."

    Prob easy enough for the community to decide so here goes.

    5.5m in the bank

    Current front three : Rashford Jimenez Kamara (fodder)

    Upgrade : Jimenez to P.E Aubameyang to have a front two of Rashford and Auba

    Or just upgrade Kamara for Firmino or Lacazete, choose which

    My opinion is I can’t ignore auba with his fixtures !
    Thanks

          Do they? They struggled against Fulham. Just seems a very weird time to be getting a Spurs attacker.

      Chance that we can't buy or sell players from 29th March, so may as well use the WC to get the best UK squad before then imo

      Nothing. They just have to apply for 'settled status' by the end of December 2020. It's free too.
