Join us live on YouTube today for the Double Gameweek 32 captaincy video.

Joe and David will be discussing who should have the armband for this weekend’s fixtures at 12:30 pm.

You can watch the video either embedded in this article below or on our YouTube channel – and if you miss the broadcast, you can always catch up on it at a later date.

Manchester City certainly have the most appealing set of fixtures as they travel to Fulham and host Cardiff.

That’s why it is no surprise to see Sergio Aguero (£11.8m) and Raheem Sterling (£11.6m) top of the latest poll.

The Argentinian has been the leader since it began and currently sits on 54%.

However, his English colleague has enjoyed a boost in the vote ever since scoring a hat-trick for his country last week.

Before England’s 5-0 win over the Czech Republic, Aguero had 61% in the poll and Sterling just 19%.

As of Monday morning, it’s now 27% for the midfielder. Obviously, Fantasy Football Scout users cannot change the recipient of their first and only vote in our poll, so it is possible that some who initially went for Aguero may have changed their mind.

But, at the very least, we can see a new voting trend that has shifted the numbers between the two players due to external factors.

In our video, we will also discuss some of the less considered options, such as Eden Hazard (£10.9m), Harry Kane (£12.5m) and Ederson (£5.6m), all of whom have under 6% backing in the poll.

I am not worried about him starting, my concern is with him putting the ball in the back off the net.

PSA: For all FHers this week. I've been doing some extensive research and found that for maximum points, you should play 5-4-1. Please.

    5-3-2 (2 times - average 41 points)
    4-3-3 (3 times - average 49 points)
    4-4-2 (7 times - average 62.3 points)
    3-5-2 (10 times - average 63.1 points)
    3-4-3 (8 times - average 65.3 points)
    5-4-1 (1 times - average 86 points)

    1. Deulofail

Formation kinda irrelevant. I'd prefer Schlupp, personally. But the excitement of an imminent fail could be too much to ignore Deu. Go for Deulofeu.

Agree with Heaton now but he’s 31, Angus Gunn there if this is the future squad. Must be a better player than Ox too, Loftus-Cheek or Mason Mount perhaps could become good

      Heaton is about 60.

      Pickford
      Trent Stones Gomez Chilwell
      Chamberlain Rice Alli
      Sterling Kane Sancho/CHO

Rashford isn't as good as Kane and probably won't be.

if awb is out shall I ...

    a) play vvd and only have 9 dgws players(doherty/luiz/hazard/sterling/pogba/doucoure/aguero(tc)/higuain/jimmy)

    b) take another hit (-12 total)

    c) say f**k it and use fh instead of my planned tc on aguero

Schlupp and PvA could be good. Both are in the top three (with TAA) of xGI over the last six game weeks among defenders. Tomkins is meh.

Is there any way to find out how many free hit chips have been used prior to this game week? Or if you know the answer could you tell me?

Over half of my mini league have already used it which surely can't be reflective of actual overall use.

    Cheers

Cheers appreciate that guys. About a 3rd overall seems relatively high. I'm far to optimistic about my FH team. It'll end in tears no doubt.

It's 46.4% in top 10k - closer to your mini league

    serious question guys
i have foster and ryan as goalkeepers - playing tc this week and BB in 35
both foster and ryan do not have fixtures in gw33 !

Should i do foster > kepa for a -4 this week
then in GW 35 kepa > foster for his DGW for a -4?

stick or twist with foster and have no GK for gw 33

    1. MTPockets
      7 years, 4 months ago

I wouldn't bother with a hit for one game, esp this early

    2. Holmes

play foster this week, him to boruc next week and then ryan will do the job in 34 and 35

next week planning sterling to salah
if i play foster this week i will not have a GK next week without taking a hit
and i would want foster back for the BB DGW 35

question is does kepas next 3 fixtures along with a -8 > fosters 2 fixtures

I dont think so, will have to keep CSs in all games for any kind of profit

I would say yes definitely in terms of taking any hits. Its essentially a -2 covered by the fact they've got 2 fixtures plus they are both big 100+ haul weeks with your chips. I wouldn't think twice about taking them.

Kepa plays in 33 and should get you at least 1 assist this week so i would do that at least.

Schlupp. Better attacking threat, same cs odds.

    b) laporte, trippier, lloris

      A. Trippier's game time is risky. The same can be said about David Silva, however Silva's opponents offer a higher potential of points. Are we confident Laporte starts after missing the last three matches?

Anyone brave enough to go with Sane this week? Looked decent last night.

it's incredibly tempting, but I'm pretty sure he gets 1/2 games

as much as I love sane in fpl, think i'm going to go for the less risky dilva

Yeah I'm very tempted. Pep doesn't seem to trust him in the big games, so he could well play in these easy ones. Even from the bench he can do damage. I'd expect 1 start and 1 sub performance.

I'm also looking at Dilva too. Currently its:

Dilva & Rashford vs Sane & Zaha

Considering to double up United defense Shaw and Lindelof, they are cheap and nice fixtures.

Honestly I like more Shaw than Schlupp or Duffy, United defense is much stronger

    Hi Guys,

This is my team for the double-gameweek. I'm fielding 10 out of 11 players with double fixtures. Thoughts please?

    Foster

    Doherty, David Luiz, Schlupp

    Pogba, D.Silva, Hazard, Mane

    Aguero, Rashford, Jimenez

    (Subs: Romeu, TAA, Peltier.)

I'm coming around to the idea of Kane over Dilva simply because he's 100% sure-thing not a shred of doubt nailed, and that's the main point of a DGW right, to have players who are playing 180 mins?

    1. Max City
      • 9 Years

Yeah, he is about 4m more expensive too

What's the combination of players though.
      Kane over D.Silva isn't a thing.

        *Apologies in adavance to G-Whizz*

        Kepa
        Laporte Lindeloff Duffy Schlup
        Sterling Hazard Pogba
        Kane Aguero Rashford

No Kane would essentially allow an extra Chelsea defender.

          Your SV is good.
IF Lukaku & Rashford are definitely out I'd think about kane.
But if they are playing overall team looks better with my SV (104.5)

From what I can see 104.5 is about the minimum for building a decent Kane team. The team above is exact money at 104.7.

Ive rejigged and rejigged and thats the best I can do to cover all bases. Im not keen on Lindelof or Laporte, but they're not disastorous picks and I'll sink or swim with the crowd with them.

          So you're saying.
          Kane and Schlupp
          over
          D.Silva and Luiz?

It's a bit more tricky, the alternative involves DDG, Luiz Azpi, Dilva, Bats.

Yeah I've settled on Aguero over Martial

    My first FH team:

    Ryan

    Azpi Schlupp Luiz Doherty

    Hazard Sterling DSilva Pogba

    Aguero Jimenez

    Sub:
    Speroni Stephens Success Simpson

Still have 1.3m itb, so how can this be bettered?
    Thanks!

How am I looking for the DGW? I'm on a FT, 0.2 ITB:

    Ederson
    Doherty | Schlupp | Luiz
    Pogba | Hazard | Sterling | Deulofeu
    Aguero | Jiminez | Higuain

    Subs: Patricio, Wan-Bissaka, Stephens, Connolly
