Liverpool’s formation change earlier this season holds the key to whether Mohamed Salah (£13.2m) deserves a place in Wildcard squads for Double Gameweek 34.

After going six Premier League matches without a goal, the Egyptian finally found the net against Southampton in Blank Gameweek 33 – just in time to cause a dilemma for managers overhauling their teams.

Judging by the relief he showed at St Mary’s on Friday night, there is a case to be made that Salah could now return to his incredible points-scoring form from earlier in the campaign.

However, we have uncovered a few tactical factors that could have a bigger impact on his chances of impressing between Gameweek 34 and the end of the season.

As we have used data from the Fantasy Football Scout Members’ Area, only members can read on to enjoy our analysis.

Now that we are past the half-way stage, memberships are now available for just £10, so make sure you get the most of it while you can by signing up HERE.

First draft, shred it to pieces.

    Foster / Ryan
    TAA - Doherty - Laporte - Doherty - Trippier
    Sterling - Mane - Eriksen - Jota - JWP
    Kane - Deeney - Jimenez

      Trippier is a trap,

      you have two dohertys,

      TAA small rotation risk

          Id swap trippier to Vertonghen.

If trippier plays tonight, i really feel like KWP will get a start vs Huds.

Then potentially even Brighton in the DGW.

Obviously Trippier can get big scores, but id feel so uneasy before every team sheet

Personally iv gone for Lloris with Foster, i think theres quite a few clean sheets to be had for spurs (lots of home games) and i know Lloris is gonna play them all. Plus hes only 5.4 (cheaper than the CBs who dont rly carry much attacking threat)

Just can't decide re Aguero. Had him in for a fair while, but Kane is essential to me this week with Hudd and DGW35.

Any love for going Deeney, upgrading Doucoure to Eriksen for double Spurs, then bringing in Doucoure for DGW35 for Camarsa. Leaving myself open to a hit but I can handle that.

This also gives the fact that I will have Kane/Eriksen, Deeney/Doucoure and Salah/Robbo vs Hudd in successive weeks which seems to me to be the way to harvest points. And KdB is perhaps the least likely to get rotated at this stage?

    Wildcard GW34 / BB DGW35

    Ryan
    Doherty Duffy Robbo
    KdB Salah Camarasa DOUCOURE/ERIKSEN?
    Jimenez Kane(c) AGUERO/DEENEY?

    Foster JWP Valery Bennett

      Nice

Assume you’ll hold a transfer for Mo but with this set up I’d much prefer Murray and then Deeney in 35. But not sure either is worth the spot really with rotating flip flops in play. I’m steering clear of Watford outfielders

      Yeah.

Only Auba, Laca or Kola are worth picking but there are equally good options cheaper.

If you, like me, feel Kane is absolutely essential this weekend then Auba becomes an expensive luxury for 2nd striker spot. Factor in that Arsenal away from home are pants and it diminishes the appeal further.

    https://twitter.com/gwhizz420/status/1114822863863857152

I'm now thinking it may be better to take money out of defence and bring in Hazard and try 442.

    Ederson (Foster)
    TAA, Robertson, Duffy, Laporte (Cathcart)
    Mané, Sterling, Hazard, Son (Holjberg)
    Deeney, Kane (Quaner)

    WC34, BB35, £0.0m ITB

All WC teams almost same, and for good reason. Had hoped to use the WC as chasing in ML, but as I suspect rivals also follow FFS forums, a couple of strong differentials and shrewd captain picks needed. For those chasing, who are you seeing as strong relative differentials to the template?
    Throwing out a few candidates:

    KDB
    Lukaku
    Lacazette
    Rashford
    Trippier
    Ramsey
    Vardy
    Firmino

Who's your cheeky differentials for the DGW and run-in?

      I don't think so.

On their day they can easily. Even Chelsea have done it this season.

        Neither do I.

I can see City doing a number on them though.

    Hi all,

RMWCT for GW34, please (and go easy):

    Ryan (Foster)
    Laporte Duffy Kolasinac (Bertrand Boly)
    Redmond Bilva Sterling Son(VC) (Ward-Prowse)
    Lukaku (C) Kane Murray

My mini league rival with almost certainly captain Kane for GW34 & 35 and he has a 66pt lead on me.

    Thanks!!

Just found that Ecuele Manga, a Cardiff defender has scored more FPL points that Kolasinac 😯

Spurs City sounds like a line dancing club.

I’ve got a feeling Spurs could pull off an upset

    Fellas,

Salah + Wilson > Kane (c) + Delo this week?
No WC I'm afraid but my rival who I'm 60 ahead of will almost certainly bin Salah off and captain Kane this week.

    Cheers

Careful, what chips does your rival have left?

On WC, would you rather have Ryan/Vertonghen or Lloris/Dunk?

The latter combo saves a bit of money and removes the problem of having to field a keeper away to either Chelsea or Arsenal in 37. Leaves a lot of funds tied up in GKs, though (Foster is my other).

      The latter for me.

Keep an eye on Deulofeu ....can easily become someone else
Kun will be fit no problem....City want the Premier
Doesn’t matter about Salah’s price...can fit him in and they also want the Prem...no rotation

      Kane v Huddersfield.

Why would you look anywhere else?

If you can’t captain Kane at home against Huddersfield then why have him?

        Boruc to Foster
        Monreal to Kolasinac

Are spurs not a bit more likely to keep clean sheets in the next few weeks?
        Murray is a good shout

If Man City win the bloody FA cup! With the squad they've got it will be a surprise if they don't win
