Just minutes before the start of the Scoutcast’s live stream on Tuesday evening, the news broke that Harry Kane looks to have sustained a serious ankle injury.

The carefully laid Wildcard plans of Az, Joe, Andy and David were swiftly jettisoned as they spend much of this episode hatching new strategies to cope with the season run-in without the Spurs man.

Amid the chaos, our quartet somehow manages to stick largely to the script as they answer the key community questions on Double Gameweek assets as well as bargain buys and premium options for the rest of the campaign.

Their regular look at the latest whipping boys, who can’t stop conceding, has a seaside special theme this time around, as the crew also consider those teams who are already packing their bags for summer.

Gameweek 33’s rare strong showing from all four of the crew, as well as the community’s smoothest and roughest moves, also get the once over.

However, Joe’s attempt to start a Dean Martin-style sing-a-long in praise of Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucouré falls flat. At least his cat makes a rare appearance to cheer him up and can be seen on the video version at 1:19:58 on this extra-long, panic-fuelled episode.

With KDB nearing full fitness, and being a vital cog in the Man City engine, he could be a nice differential for someone chasing. I can’t see Pep resting KDB too often here on out. He will be the golden ticket

There was an interview in the mirror I saw where he said he may play half the games left as he needs to be managed in this difficult season for him personally

Good option if you want a bit of a risk

        • 11 Years

        This is what he said

I don’t know what my level is going to be but, to be fair, I don’t really care. Now it’s the business end, I just need to do what I can do to help the team win games. If that means playing five games or 10 games, I’ll take it. It’s been that kind of season.

        That's inconclusive I think....

I will have to start one of Duffy Peltier Bedna each week which isn’t ideal. It has been pointed out I could get Valery over Bedna which is a little better

TAA is tempting but have value tied up in Robbo. I think Duffy ownership too high to not have, seen many going cpt on him. I am bb35

Presume you can’t stretch to Valery over Peltier?

Hey guys. What do you think of this wildcard team:

    Ederson Ryan
Wan B Robertson Duffy Doherty Valery
    Son Eriksen Deulofeu Sterling Sigurdsson
    Jimenez Vardy Ings

Enough money in the bank for the following moves next week:

    Sterling - Salah

    TIA

Ings too much of injury risk and check City presser as Ederson looked as if may have picked up knock last night. I would get Deeney over Ings otherwise good team. Siggy bit of differential with Fulham

      1. AC Yew
        • 7 Years

cant stretch to Deeney 0.1 short. Siggy thought was a good shout for the week but not keen on keeping him in my team as will have to take hits to cover Liverpool players.

Because there’s cheap ways into Brighton defence without Ryan. For Spurs though you are looking at near 6.0 for all of them and possibly all a rotation risk.

B for GW 35, GW 34 its tough to say who will start for Man city so both those picks have their own issues (I have both) but IMO Deeney more likely to score in both

      Sterling over KDB?

You must have quite low team value? Given that I think what you e got is the best you can do. Good team
