In contrast to the first two GWs, much of the play went down Saka's side in GW3, and it shows up in the touch stats (it was also obvious in viewing the game). White came forward quite a bit - maybe he's now comfortable in that LB position and working better with Saka? OTOH, Saka's xGI was only 0.19. But then, Odegaard's xGI in GW2 was 0.10.

With Arsenal there are goals to go around and Saka isn't playing poorly so it's hard not to think his time will come. Easy for me to say, though I have taken two blanks from Kulu and am sticking with him for similar reasons.

I don't see why he can't match 2020/21 Bamford and do 194 points. Of the 8.0 mids, only Maddison has ever come close to that total (181 last year). Callum Wilson might be a comparable up front @ 7.5, and his best total is 168.

Mitrovic would seem to be the only challenge to your question. His 6.6 tag looks like pretty good value compared again to the 8.0 mids.
