A longer-than-usual day of Premier League football continues with a bit of a rarity, a 7.45pm GMT kick-off on a Saturday night – although it’s something we also witnessed at Anfield just two weeks ago.

Wolverhampton Wanderers and Arsenal are the two teams in action, with the Gunners set to pull five points clear at the top of the table if they win at Molineux.

Mikel Arteta unsurprisingly keeps the momentum going by naming yet another unchanged side: all of the team today have started every single league match that they have been available for this season.

As for Wolves caretaker manager Steve Davis, he makes two changes to the Wolves side that lost to Brighton in Gameweek 15.

Adama Traore and Toti Gomes come into the line-up for Daniel Podence and Hwang Hee-chan, so we could be looking at a defence-first 5-3-2 from the hosts tonight.

GAMEWEEK 16 LINE-UPS

Wolves XI: Sa, Semedo, Collins, Kilman, Toti, Bueno, B Traore, Neves, Moutinho, Guedes, A Traore.

Subs: Sarkic, Ait-Nouri, Podence, Mosquera, Ronan, Matheus Nunes, Hodge, Campbell, Lembikisa.

Arsenal XI: Ramsdale, White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko, Partey, Xhaka, Odegaard, Saka, Jesus, Martinelli.

Subs: Turner, Tierney, Nketiah, Holding, Cedric, Vieira, Nelson, Elneny, Marquinhos.

How come Chelsea doesn’t have the starting XI? They just play random team each game.

General Potter rotation mixed with getting a new injury every week. Different team with Chilwell & James!

Seems they have no idea what they are doing tactically and no plan, so just changes a few players and hopes they do better, which they aren't..

Very simplistic. Look at the number of injuries , crap signings and out of form players .

Every team gets injuries, he has had every forward player available for pretty much every game, looks clueless imo. Keeps playing a 2 man mid with jorg at the heart and gets overrun every game.

That's because Kante is injured , Kovacic has been injured - end of. Chelsea fans know Jorg is crap and the signings of Mendy Cucurella and Auba were woeful. Every team had injuries but when it's to the best players is James Chilwell Kante and add in Fofana it has a massive impact. Take that number out of the Arsenal team and they're screwed. Perspective is everything

He doesn’t even play Cucarella who he sold to Chelsea for £80m.

One of the worst signings in history that.

No need to exaggerate, it was £60M but he was a terrible signing. But then Arsenal have spent significantly more over the last 10 years anyway and achieved very little to date

It’s why he’s called Potter. Just throws the players’ names into a pot Friday night and pulls out 11 to decide.

If I'd not managed to make my last minute transfers in the prior week of Salah + Mitrovic > KDB + Wilson, I would have (a) had Salah (C) points last week, (b) had Andreas points last GW (c) brought in Darwin for Mitrovic this GW using the 2FT rather than Martial.

Potentially around 30 point swing.. can be quite random fpl!

Man, fpl statistics is wrong they are still calculating the transfers and they should not

If you do 10 transfers you will loose serious ranking

Remember that you only have to gain 1 point and you get a higher rank, even with thousands of transfers.

So it's worth a punt on price rises.

  7. FPL Daniel

Schar is more of the flair pick. Has another screamer in him, great on the ball and plays clever long balls every match.

Botman looks absolutely class but I haven't seen the attacking threat.

Burn has a minor threat of rotation with Targett and gets too many yellows.
