On a long-planned wildcard, and not a moment too soon after a disaster gameweek.

    WC, 25.1 ITB
    Johnstone // Aréola
    Cash Udogie ____ // ____ Kaboré
    Salah Son ____ Diaby Eze
    Haaland ____ // Archer

    A: Schär, Estupiñán, Fernandes, Solanke
    B: Schär, Botman/Burn, Bowen, Watkins
    C: Andersen, Botman/Burn, Maddison, Watkins

I'm not 100% set on Eze, but the price jump from him to the next midfielder I want (Bowen) is big enough and I don't mind him as a pick.

Trippier is arguably most essential player in the game at the moment with his price. 12,18,8 in his last 3 fixtures and the fixture run is also very good

It's 1 player different from what we expected. Yes Steing hasn't been bad per se - but prefer an actual #9 over him playing there.

Looking forward to what Palmer can do with a start. More mins for Mudryk needed too I guess - all the reports about him are that he's training seriously hard.

Sterling just runs into players anyway...

I think his management this season has been appalling, playing players out of position, benching Chilwell, changing things week to week, now throwing Broja up front from the start away to Fulham. Won’t surprise me if you lose again

See below on the reason Broja is starting. The fact is we have no other #9 apart from Washington who is a kid with zero PL experience. It sucks but I understand the pick. Unlikely he plays 90 I'd say.

Yeah I don't agree on his left wing experiment but we've also been absolutely shafted with injuries. Not sure what's going on in the medical/conditioning department. We've been in a really poor spot for a couple of years with this.

A Sterling no show means 44 all out.

Gabriel, Cash, Son, Diaby and Alvarez delivered too.

3 red arrows with 2 in a row and rank tanking from 328k, 1.2m to under 1.5m.

      Mauricio Pochettino:

"Raheem Sterling didn’t train in the last three days because of a virus. That is why we play with Armando. He’s ready. Maybe we don’t know if he can play 90 minutes. Hopefully he can deal with the competition after a long period [out]."

It was last week I wanted sick notes, not this week.. Tarko 14 pointer firmly on the bench last week, with nobody sick, this week Estu -2 and of course I get him in. Typical FPL

Chilwell, Gusto and Sterling have been nothing but pain (except for Gusto’s first game)

There was a good chance Sterling would be upfront today if not unwell. Harsh to call them a joker.

    Sterling + Bruno -----> Diaby + Madders (-4)

Quite tempted before I get even more f'ed with price changes.

    Which option on a Wilcard?

    A) Johnston, 3.9 keeper, Coufal, JWP and Gabriel
    B) Areola, Turner, Guehi, Bowen and Kabore
