After the bombardment of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) rule changes in recent days, it’s now time for the really exciting stuff: price reveals.

Our first batch came on Sunday – one for each of the game’s four positions.

In a sign of these times, it’s was all done through WhatsApp. Followers of the FPL WhatsApp channel were asked to vote on whose price they’d like to see next.

We’ll bring you more prices if they arrive.

4:30pm – FLORIAN WIRTZ

FPL 2025/26: Sunday's live price reveals: Isak, Pickford + Ait-Nouri

Sunday’s fourth – and possibly final – reveal says that beginning with Floran Wirtz will cost £8.5m.

There’s excitement over the German attacking midfielder, who Liverpool shelled out a British transfer record £116m fee to secure.

Wirtz won the Players’ Player of the Season award for the last two Bundesliga campaigns, where both occasions brought double-digit goal and assist tallies. And he started no more than 26 times in either.

It remains to be seen exactly where Arne Slot will deploy him, as Xabi Alonso used a 3-4-2-1 system. But the 22-year-old is a cheaper alternative to Mohamed Salah, albeit one without penalties.

3:00pm – RAYAN AIT-NOURI

FPL 2025/26: Sunday's live price reveals: Isak + Pickford

When the best defender for attacking returns (11) moves to an elite team that kept six clean sheets in their final nine matches, the question isn’t if he’ll rise but by how much?

Therefore, Rayan Ait-Nouri increases from £4.5m to £6.0m, after joining Manchester City from Wolverhampton Wanderers for a cut-price real-life £31m.

He’ll have plenty of early appeal, having ended third in his position for shots inside the box (31) and fourth for chances created (46).

But is he nailed for starts when Josko Gvardiol also excelled at left-back?

1:30pm – JORDAN PICKFORD

FPL 2025/26: Sunday's live price reveals: First up, Isak

Being the top-scoring goalkeeper for 2023/24 and 2024/25 explains Jordan Pickford’s increased starting price of £5.5m.

Also the best for expected goals (xG) prevention (+6.20), Pickford has promising early encounters with Leeds United, Brighton and Hove Albion and Wolves

Then again, no goalkeeper began last season at a bigger amount. Having an Everton stopper potentially priced the same as those from Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City could prove off-putting. But it’s hard to argue with such point totals.

12:00pm – ALEXANDER ISAK

FPL 2025/26: Sunday's live price reveals 1

The first reveal of 2025/26 handed Alexander Isak a £10.5m price.

Newcastle United’s star forward was indeed expected to rise from last season’s initial £8.5m, due to his 20 goals, nine assists and 211 points.

Only Mohamed Salah exceeded these 29 attacking returns, peaking with a period between Gameweeks 9 to 16 that brought 18 goals and 28 bonus points.

Hugo Ekitike’s seemingly imminent move to Liverpool should keep Isak at Newcastle. Therefore, FPL managers can start deciding whether it’s worth beginning with a ‘sure thing’ despite his tough early fixtures against Aston Villa and Slot’s champions.

FPL Marc Broadcaster, writer and overthinker. Hoping that ‘differential potential’ will catch on.

With Bamford out of the picture does this mean FPL favourite Wilfred Gnonto is nailed?

Nope. He won't start at 9.

Piroe first choice as it stands, but the hope is for a statement signing to replace. The rumour was Muniz from Fulham but that seems to have gone quiet.

Gnonto may start on the wing, but there is James and Ramazani too... and talk of some Brazilian from Feyenoord.

We seem to be acquiring a million CBs and CMs, leading some to speculate about a change in formation, and fans expect more incomings too, so all a bit up in the air... I would say James is fairly nailed, would be an option for a good fixture run at 5.5 but wouldn't pay much more.

I'd take DCL, Vardy and Wilson, if they'd agree to a job-sharing arrangement – between the three of them you'd hope to have one fit at any given time.

      Sounds about right.
Same as Palmer at the end of last season.
Mbeumo could be a similar price, since he and Isak both averaged 6.2ppg..

But he was 7.8ppg in 2022/23 and 7.0ppg in 2023/24 and had high ownership for a large part of the season despite his starting price of 15.0m, so they can't reduce it that much.
Isak and Mbeumo's averages have never been that high.

The problem is that when a total t****r dominates the threads it results in many knowledgable members not posting and even going elsewhere.

I have been asking for years for a forum within the members area where posts can be confined to grown up discussions about forum content rather than RMT, A or B posts following every article. A facility to block certain members' posts from our thread view would be an acceptable alternative.

Normally they don't they start revealing prices till after (sometimes a long time after) they've finished the updates, but the updates have taken longer than ever this time, presumably because there were so many rule changes to test..
In 2022 however, they revealed prices from 1st to 4th July, the updates didn't finish till the 3rd, giving us a day or so to amend our account details, and they launched on the 5th.
So, assuming that the update testing is now almost complete, a launch on Tuesday looks quite possible.

He is only highest scoring because of injuries to big teams keepers throughout the season. People will still go for 4,5 keepers like Kelleher.

Pickford will be 5. It was more interesting whether they up Sels. Or Henderson.

    Pickford £5.5m.

He still isn’t a write off, especially around doubles.

Nah not interested in starting with Pickford. Let's see how they price Everton defenders

      Tark probably £5m

Only two more promised today. Likely at 3pm and 4.30pm based on current spacing between poll and announcement

    Pre poll chat
Who do we want to see for Mid & Def price
    I'm going double pool with
    Mid Salah
    Def Frimpong

      MID: Salah or Palmer
      (Winner will obviously be Salah.)

      DEF: RAN or Tarkowski
(No way Frimpong will be the one IMO.)

Won't be any of my DEF choices either. Feel the majority like Gabriel/Saliba/Cucurella are easier to predict. Would prefer Kerkez over Frimpong anyway, but also easier to guess.

It's not about predicting who it will be
More about who do you want to see
I'm hoping Frimpong £5.5m or less Liverpool defender but with huge attacking/assist potential

Oh good haha. Both mine were on the list. Looks like we're getting RAN.

Anyone got any stats on O'Brien's defensive contribution numbers per game compared to Tarkowski? TIA

O'Brien doesn't make this list of 33 defenders for CBIT per 90

Only played 34 minutes under Dyche. I'd bet Tarkowski under Dyche would easily beat Tarkowski under Moyes for CBIT/90.

He was always going to be 5.5 and like Isak won’t be in any relevant teams now especially if Tark is cheaper than him!

Damn, Tarkowski losing. Would have been revealing about how the new DCs affect prices. Looks like Ait Nouri up next.

Tark will be in every team unless 6 or more

RAN the only City player I’m interested in, 5.5 my guess.

Yeah shirley 5.5/6.0. Not sure I'll start with him myself because Pep. Some games his tactical plan might require Gvardiol at LB, who knows. Plus these DCs are probably going to unearth some CB bargains.
