NOTES
- Sam Walker starts in goal. Bradford City have lost just once at home this season and play both fixtures there this week.
- Adebola Oluwo features for his strong home fixtures and clear attacking threat. George Johnston lines up alongside him. Bolton Wanderers remain very solid at home and face weak opposition across two matches.
- Amario Cozier-Duberry stands out in midfield with 13 goal contributions this season and two favourable home fixtures. Hayden Hackney offers balance and multiple routes to points through his all-around play.
- Daniel Udoh leads the line to attack two strong home fixtures. He has already scored five times this season and looks well placed to add to that tally. Yousef Salech partners him. He comes into the round in strong form and also plays twice at home.
- Salford City and Bolton Wanderers both have excellent home fixtures against weak opposition, which makes them easy team selections.
- Captaincy remains undecided but currently sits with Amario Cozier-Duberry.

NOTES
- Formation: 2-3-1
- Captain: Leo Castledine
- Team Picks: Barnet and Southampton
- Overall Rank: 4,420
- Luck continues to dodge me this season, but I trust the process. I’m hoping to close out 2025 with a green arrow at last.
- Cieran Slicker starts in goal. Barnet do not rank highly for defensive strength, which makes this a risky call on paper. The fixtures drive the decision. He faces Newport County and Bristol Rovers at home, two of the lowest scorers in the division, with 0.90 and 0.60 goals scored per 90 minutes, respectively.
- At the back, Omar Sowunmi and Adebola Oluwo line up together. Sowunmi missed the win over Grimsby Town last time out, but before tha,t he averaged 10 points per match across his previous four appearances. Oluwo brings strong home fixtures and consistent bonus output, averaging six points per game.
- In midfield, Davis Keillor-Dunn, Lewis Wing, and Leo Castledine offer a blend of ceiling and reliability. Keillor-Dunn remains an obvious pick, operating out of position as a forward and ranking third across the EFL for shots on target with 22. Wing provides steady all-around output, with interceptions a key strength where he ranks fifth overall on 28. Castledine continues to go under the radar. He has scored seven goals from 14 shots on target and regularly converts when he tests the goalkeeper.
- Up front, Adam Armstrong leads the line. He averages a goal every other game this season, with 11 goals from 22 appearances. His shot volume stands out, registering 33 shots on target, which equates to a goal conversion rate of one in three from those efforts.
- For team picks, I’m backing two sides playing both fixtures away from home. It’s a calculated risk, but I’m hoping to squeeze out a couple of 11-point returns across the double gameweek.

NOTES
- In goal, I’ve gone with Teddy Sharman-Lowe. He faces two poor attacking sides, which puts clean sheets firmly in play.
- At the back, I’ve selected Adebola Oluwo and Joe Wright. Oluwo offers a safe route to points through strong bonus output and real goal threat from set pieces. Wright partners him with solid clean-sheet potential and a reliable floor.
- In midfield, Oliver Norwood comes in as an all-round option. He takes set pieces and penalties and should tick along nicely during a busy period. Amario Cozier-Duberry stands out as a top pick this week, with two home fixtures against weak opposition and clear upside. Davis Keillor-Dunn completes the midfield as another high-ceiling option who can deliver returns.
- Up front, I’ve backed Ashley Fletcher. He comes into the round in form and has a fixture that gives him a strong chance of returning.
- For team picks, I’m backing Salford City and Bolton Wanderers. Both sides have strong fixtures and plenty of upside this week.

NOTES
- In goal, I’ve gone with Teddy Sharman-Lowe. Bolton have conceded just five goals at home across ten matches, which underlines how solid they are defensively. With two home fixtures this week, a defensive asset feels essential.
- At the back, Adebola Oluwo is my first pick. Salford City have two favourable fixtures, which gives him strong clean-sheet potential. He also offers real aerial threat, with four league goals already this season. That combination makes him a standout option. Joe Wright partners him. Bradford City face two sides that struggle away from home and have kept four clean sheets in their last six matches, which makes backing a defender from their back line appealing.
- In midfield, Hayden Hackney comes in for his all-around game. Middlesbrough have two home fixtures, giving them a chance to respond, and Hackney always carries multiple routes to points. Davis Keillor-Dunn is next. He has produced four goals and two assists across his last six matches and has shown clear explosive potential in this format, helped further by two strong home fixtures. Amario Cozier-Duberry completes the midfield. Bolton have two excellent home matches and have scored 20 goals in ten home games. Owning a piece of that attack feels necessary, and he offers multiple ways to return points.
- Up front, I’ve backed Yousef Salech. His home form has been outstanding, with six goals and two assists in his last six home matches. With Cardiff City playing twice at home, this feels like the right week to trust him.
- For team picks, Bolton Wanderers come first. They remain unbeaten at home this season and average two goals per game there. With two favourable home fixtures, they stand out. Cardiff City join them as the second team pick. They also play twice at home and have won eight of their ten home matches so far, which makes them a very solid selection this week.

NOTES
- As the festive period approaches, the schedule tightens and, consequently, Fantasy opportunities increase. With a double gameweek in play and several favourable fixtures on the board, a number of players and teams clearly rise to the top of the priority list.
- To start with, Oliver Wright stands out between the posts. Accrington Stanley benefit from one of the strongest fixture runs of the round and, importantly, play twice at home. Because of that, clean sheets look well within reach. Furthermore, Wright’s steady save volume adds an extra layer of security, providing a solid floor alongside upside.
- Turning to defence, George Johnston offers a dependable route to points. He remains nailed for minutes and, just as importantly, benefits from Bolton Wanderers’ favourable double gameweek. With two home fixtures to come, his clean-sheet probability rises, and therefore his appeal increases.
- In addition, Adebola Oluwo continues to demand attention. Not only does he bring defensive stability, but he also carries genuine attacking threat from set pieces. Moreover, Salford City look well placed in this round, which further enhances his clean-sheet potential while keeping goal involvement firmly in play.
- Shifting focus to midfield, Amario Cozier-Duberry provides explosive upside. He operates at a level above much of the competition and, as a result, offers multiple routes to returns. Through pace, creativity, and direct goal involvement, he remains one of the highest-ceiling options available.
- Similarly, Davis Keillor-Dunn warrants serious consideration. Although listed as a midfielder, he continues to play as a nailed striker. Because of this advanced role, he stays heavily involved in attacking phases and, consequently, offers excellent value.
- By contrast, Oliver Norwood supplies consistency rather than volatility. Now fully fit, he averages 9.2 Fantasy points per game, the best return in the league. In addition to that, his role on set pieces and in chance creation ensures a strong baseline even when attacking returns fail to arrive.
- Moving into attack, Yousef Salech stands out as a premium forward option. He plays for the league’s strongest side and arrives in excellent form. Therefore, his consistent involvement in goals makes him one of the safest striker picks this round.
- From a team perspective, Bolton Wanderers remain central to the conversation. They benefit from a double gameweek with two favourable home fixtures and, crucially, offer a strong defensive structure with secure minutes across key assets. As a result, investment here feels both logical and well supported.
- Finally, Salford City complete the picture. They enter the round in a strong position, with fixtures that suit defensive investment. In particular, assets who offer additional attacking threat from set pieces stand out, making Salford another team worth targeting.

NOTES
- I have covered off the Bradford City, Bolton Wanderers and Salford defence, as all three have two home fixtures.
- Midfield consists of three players with two home fixtures. There are lots of great midfield options this week, so it was difficult to pick just three. I also really like Reading’s Lewis Wing and Middlesbrough’s Finn Azaz.
- Up front, Yousef Salech feels like the best option this week. I could even switch to Southampton’s Adam Armstrong; he too should do well this week.
- If I pick Bolton this week, it would mean selecting them for a fourth time. So to save them I could look to Cardiff City, along with Bromley. Bromley feel like a high ceiling pick this week. Not many will go for them, but in their current form and against two poor teams, along with their defence, I think they could do really well.
- Captaincy could easily change to another midfielder, but ACD has proven himself more than once for me this season.
