JACK SAID…

GOALKEEPERS

Corey Addai looks set to be one of the most popular picks this week, with strong clean sheet potential in his favour. Alex Bass is another option worth considering, especially with the Double Gameweek in play.

Meanwhile, Liam Roberts offers a steady route into minutes across both fixtures. He may lack excitement and a clean sheet isn’t guaranteed, but the extra game still gives him value.

DEFENDERS

If you’re backing Stockport, Ethan Pye stands out as a strong option. For those looking at Ipswich, Dara O’Shea provides a solid route into their defence, with some all-round threat as well.

Tom Lees also comes into the conversation as a viable pick this week.

MIDFIELDERS

Consistency makes Ollie Norwood the standout in midfield. He continues to deliver steady returns and looks a reliable option again. Jon Russell should also tick along nicely and offers a bit more upside.

For those considering a differential, Azor Matusiwa is an option, although his ceiling looks limited and there is a slight injury concern.

FORWARDS

There’s a clear standout in attack this week, with Harry Leonard offering both strong fixtures and upside. Alongside him, Lorent Tolaj looks a solid pick against his former club Port Vale.

Jack Clarke provides a route into the Ipswich attack and benefits from the double, although his minutes remain a concern.

TEAM PICKS

Stockport County and Mansfield Town both stand out as strong team picks this week.

Ipswich Town are slightly less convincing, while Plymouth Argyle still offer solid upside despite not having a Double Gameweek.

FEETZZ SAID…

GOALKEEPERS

A tough double awaits Christian Walton, with two away fixtures on the schedule. However, motivation will be high, with Ipswich still chasing automatic promotion and holding games in hand. That added pressure could work in his favour.

There’s also appeal in Liam Roberts, who produced a big result against play-off chasing Stockport last week. With 12 clean sheets already this season, he offers a solid track record, and despite another difficult double, the extra fixture still adds value in a limited pool.

Although he only has a single Gameweek, Nathan Trott is worth considering. Cardiff’s matchup against Northampton stands out, and it presents a strong opportunity for another clean sheet.

DEFENDERS

Consistency has been key for Dara O’Shea, who has averaged 5.5 points per game this season. Like Walton, he has strong motivation behind him, with Ipswich pushing for promotion despite the challenge of two away fixtures.

At Stockport, Ethan Pye has been the standout defensive performer. Averaging over five points per game, he benefits from a favourable double at home against Peterborough and Port Vale, along with bonus point potential.

Even with a tougher double, Fraser Blake-Tracey remains a viable option. With injuries affecting the defence, he should see consistent minutes and offers a good chance of picking up bonus points.

MIDFIELDERS

There’s a clear standout in midfield this week, with Ollie Norwood leading the way. Two home fixtures, set-piece duties, and multiple routes to points make him one of the strongest picks on the board.

Another solid option is Archie Collins, who regularly benefits from interception bonuses. With fixtures against Stockport and Mansfield, there should be plenty of opportunities for him to add to his tally.

A similar case can be made for Azor Matusiwa, who also thrives on interceptions. Ipswich’s upcoming fixtures should allow him to accumulate defensive contributions, giving him a steady points floor.

FORWARDS

Options are limited in attack this week, which makes picking the right forwards even more important.

Harry Leonard stands out as a strong choice, with 21 goal involvements this season. Given Stockport’s recent defensive issues, he has the potential to deliver again.

Up top, Jack Clarke looks like one of the standout picks. Ipswich need results to push back into the automatic promotion spots, and he should play a key role in that.

Despite only having a single Gameweek, Lorent Tolaj is still very much in the conversation. A home fixture against Port Vale offers strong potential, particularly given his recent form.

TEAM PICKS

With limited Double Gameweek options, Stockport County are the standout team to target. Two home fixtures against favourable opposition make them difficult to ignore.

Ipswich Town face a tougher second match but will be highly motivated to win, and should still be backed, particularly in their first fixture.

Outside of the doubling sides, Cardiff City‘s home match against Northampton Town and Plymouth Argyle’s fixture against Port Vale both stand out as strong single Gameweek options.

DANNY SAID…

GOALKEEPERS

With two fixtures this week, Corey Addai stands out as one of the stronger options. The matchups are reasonable, and the added game gives him a clear advantage.

There’s also value in Liam Roberts, who offers two appearances and tends to pick up save points, which boosts his overall appeal.

Promotion pressure could work in favour of Christian Walton. Ipswich remain firmly in the race, and that focus should translate into defensive effort. A clean sheet looks well within reach across the double.

DEFENDERS

Security of minutes and fixtures both point towards Ethan Pye as a strong pick. He remains Stockport’s most reliable defensive option and benefits from a favourable schedule.

A similar case can be made for Dara O’Shea, who continues to offer consistent minutes. With Ipswich pushing for promotion, his involvement should remain high.

In the Mansfield defence, Ryan Sweeney looks like the standout choice. With injuries affecting selection, he appears to be the safest and most reliable option.

MIDFIELDERS

There’s little doubt around Ollie Norwood, who looks an easy inclusion this week. His role, consistency, and multiple routes to points make him one of the standout picks.

Interception potential adds value to Jon Russell, and the fact he plays twice only strengthens his case as a solid option.

For those looking slightly different, Cameron McGeehan offers attacking threat. With seven goals this season, he remains one of Northampton’s most dangerous players.

FORWARDS

Options are limited up front, which makes the reliable picks stand out even more.

Harry Leonard leads the way with 14 goals this season and looks one of the safest forward picks available.

There’s also upside with Jack Clarke, particularly if he secures two starts. Penalty duties further increase his appeal.

As a single Gameweek option, Lorent Tolaj is worth considering. A home fixture against a struggling Port Vale side gives him the potential to deliver.

TEAM PICKS

Ipswich Town stand out as a key team to target, with two fixtures and strong motivation in the promotion race.

Stockport County also look well placed, with favourable matches on paper that should allow them to perform.

Mansfield Town‘s form is hard to ignore, with just one loss in their last 12, making them a solid option.

For a single Gameweek punt, Cambridge United are worth considering. A home fixture combined with their push for promotion gives them potential upside.

LOUIS SAID…

GOALKEEPERS

Stockport County are the standout side for me this week, so Corey Addai appears to be the best goalkeeper.

Mansfield Town’s defensive form has been very good and they play twice, so naturally Liam Roberts should be considered, along with Ipswich Town’s Christian Walton.

DEFENDERS

Whilst none of the Stockport County defenders massively standout, I think they have the best chance of keeping clean sheets this week, Ethan Pye is probably their go-to.

I’d also expect Ipswich’s Dara O’Shea and Peterborough United’s Tom Lees to be viable picks.

MIDFIELDERS

Oliver Norwood has been one of the best assets in the game this season, so he is by far the standout in midfield this week, I don’t think it’s debatable.

Ipswich’s Azor Matusiwa is an interception merchant and Stockport’s Ben Osborn is another player I think could do well. The doubling midfielders are largely disappointing this week.

FORWARDS

There is also a very limited pool of forwards who play twice who are convincing as options. However, Peterborough’s Harry Leonard is the best of the bunch.

Malick Mothersille has been putting in some good performances for Stockport so I think he could convert this week. I’d also back Ipswich’s Jack Clarke.

TEAM PICKS

Outside of Stockport County, team picks aren’t that convincing either. However, I think Ipswich Town, Barnsley and Mansfield Town are viable.
