    are people who got rid of the likes of Kane/Alli and other SGW players prioritising getting DGW assets in now or giving up the ghost on DGW and getting SGW players back in like Kane....

    Chelsea are the only team I am considering but there is no one from an attacking point of view in form and nailed on.

    Lukaku + Mitrovic -->> Kane + Defoe is on the cards.

        I think they are solid moves both for gw35 and going forward even with the Everton DGW.

        The rule of thumb seems to be 1 Kane is far superior than 2 or even 3 Lukakus!

      Kept Kane, sold Alli and Aldy which I am now regretting but I think the honest question with Spurs is even greater. I think they win the league. So their go to guys are must haves over most DGW players from here on out. Motivation trumps fixture, especially when you are early 20 something and believe in your cause.

    in the end pursuaded her to wildcard against her will... told her to get Cout over Firmino as he was just coming back from injury.. she went with Firmino

    told her to triple captain sanchez, she ignored me and went for Aguero

    surely shes not actually going to beat me this year... she has literally played by getting in the top scoring players and getting rid of ones that go 2-3 games without any points...

    Is anyone considering Costa? See Pelle and Sturridge getting a lot of love, which is fair, but Chelsea has become radioactive given rotation nightmare. That said, Costa looked like he was actually trying last game week and the guy has to be a bit rusty after that type of lay off. He is expensive and a lot of downside but right now my third forward is Martial and I feel like a sucker.

    Right so I've got 9 players for next week. Worth just doing Lukaku to Defoe ? Other blanket is either keeper, not really worth a -4 ? Would give a frontline of Kane Aguero Defoe

    First time this season having a triple figure GW score. Currently sitting on 118 pts (BB with Kun captain) with 12 players to play. Took no hits so it has been a good week so far but still need more to catch up in my cash ML....greedy I know but I can dream.

    P.S. Needed a big haul after last weeks Lukaku TC fail.....Hope everyone else will crack the ton barrier 🙂

        I know mate, no-one really stood out in GW 37 for me so I gambled on a GW 33 haul from King Troll as I needed to make up ground 🙁 .

        I own Payet as well but it seems he is one of those players that can dominate a game but end up with zero fantasy points. Liverpool & Everton DGW players could be rotated due to cups and Man U attacking coverage is atrocious so no-one really standing out.

        Fingers crossed anyway, hope your GW is going well?

      Wow nice man, I crossed over to 101 this week, which bested my Aguero cap v Newcastle score in the fall, but I also took a 12 point hit to get here so it's a bit fake at this point. For all the DGW moaning and annoyance, I think it's a sound strategy, just can't go all in on it given the top player motivations. Maybe next year it's a different scenario and it's safer to go the full 15. Who knows? But what I have learned as a wildcard in GW 32 is don't beat yourself up if things don't go exactly to plan and just roll with it. Secret to life is managing expectations especially your own.

        Spot on man, I WC'd in 32 also and planned to lose Bolasie this week and save a FT for the blanks next week. However the flags on Barkley/Lukaku (and rotation risk with FA Cup....& and Lukaku screwing up my TC chip) forced me to use my 2 FT on Martial and Firmino.....I got it half right so far with Firmino and hope Martial starts and scores tonight.

        Have enjoyed trying to navigate through the DGW/blanks but have a major fear ahead of next week. Initial plan was to bring in 2 from Chelsea/Sunderland to maximise the DGW 37 output but am thinking of licking my wounds now and bringing back in Alli & Kane. What are your thoughts ahead of 35?

        He's a brill pick Ryan. Cheap enough that you won't beat yourself up for benching if you choose 3-5-2 because he offers a quality fifth mid anyway due to his price.

                I understand about choosing the wrong players but didn't see the -16 hit coming in your response. Did you ditch Eve/CP players this week? It's bee very unfrotunate that the Euro games have coincided with the DGW, we've been murdered with non starters for Pool.....and why LVG benched Martial is beyond me.

                  Yeah, probably unnecessary too in hindsight. Didn't expect Lukaku and Barkley to be so poor. Then there is Palace players and a non starter as well. Got Sturridge in but also sold Bolasie, meh. For all of us I think this DGW has been a bit of a disaster.
