Do i get Rose OR PVA in this week? seems cut & dry considering fixtures.. However, Rose gives me one less DGW defender for GW 37

Surely you've learned how unimportant that extra game can be 😉

depends how important it is for the playing team 😉

(i.e. for SUN - very important)

    Darlow/Robles
    Delaney/Kosc/Bellerin/Fosu/Sakho
    Lanzini/De Bruyne/Sanchez/Coutinho/Milner
    Kun/Kane/Martial

    0.4 ITB

    Best moves here?

    A. Coutinho to Alli & Martial to Defoe for -4?
    B. Coutinho to Alli and Delaney to Rose for -4?
    C. Get a decent GK. Hart? + one of the moves above for -4?

    Would welcome any other ideas/suggestions.

I still have my Wildcard, (forgot to press the WC button in GW33 and suffered a -24), BB and TC Chips. I'm planning on Wildcarding after GW35, BB in GW37 and TC in GW38.

    DDG Robles
    Bellerin Rojo Sakho Ward Targett
    Sanchez Payet KdB Coutinho Mahrez
    Aguero Rashford Lukaku

    2FT 0.0ITB

Planning on Doing Lukaku and Payet to Kane and Alli since I can get Payet back on WC. Sound?

OK I have this 11 after 1 FT

    Darlow
    Moreno Clyne Gabriel Bellerin
    Townsend Coutinho Sanchez
    Kane Aguero Mitrovic

    Subs: Robles Payet Antonio Delaney

That is technically 11 starters but with kloppotation and Mitrovic/gabriel, is it worth a -4 for another?

As a Firm and Studge owner and with such a lowly ranking, I may as well stick with them because they have fantastic FPL form and great diffs.

I figure they will be rested/benched tonight, make an appearance in GW35 and then rested for the first leg meaning they should make an appearance in GW36 and then probably appear in half of the next DGW...

Will be suprised if he's not starting. Klopp is definitely someone who loves 'team' and effort first, name on back of the shirt second and Milner has been very reliable for him and someone he trusts as an ultimate team player.

    A) Lanzini > Loftus-Cheek
    B) Martial > Defoe
    C) Lukaku > Defoe

If you ever wonder if a hit is worth it, this bit of information is irrelevant, but still:

If you in some weird way were able to predict what the dream team each week would be, and took hits each week to assemble that team, you would have 3568 points after gw33. That is 1402 points more than the overall leader at this point (with his gw34 points, even).

You would never change less than 9 players each week, and on 14 occasions you would change 11 players.

Even if you don't add the captain points, you'd still have 3020 points. And this is not taking your bench into account. If you optimized that (you'd probably have Mahrez and Ighalo at least on your bench), your score would be even higher.

I know that you'd never be able to predict this correctly, and that this number doesn't mean anything, but for me it at least says that hits aren't necessarily something to avoid at all costs.

TL;DR: hits are sometimes worth it, and if I had a time machine or a working crystal ball, I'd be way past 3500 points.

That's true, but from a small sample (picked 5 gwks at random) in general I think it's doable.

I haven't checked all the gwks, but I think most of the dream teams are actually under 100.0.

And even if you'd have to "settle" for 10/11 every week, you'd still be way ahead.

    I'll try again 🙂

    Darlow/Robles
    Delaney/Kosc/Bellerin/Fosu/Sakho
    Lanzini/De Bruyne/Sanchez/Coutinho/Milner
    Kun/Kane/Martial

    0.4 ITB

    Best moves here?

    A. Coutinho to Alli & Martial to Defoe for -4?
    B. Coutinho to Alli and Delaney to Rose for -4?
    C. Get a decent GK. Hart? + one of the moves above for -4?

    Would welcome any other ideas/suggestions.

As a Mahrez owner (don't ask) Vardy's ban could be really profitable. I'm guessing a move to behind a striker and on penalties.

Depends on whether or not Ulloa plays in Vardys place.

He will.. Claudio already said he expected Ulloa to fill the gap.

I'm keeping Mahrez for at least the coming week.
Last easy match and then I'm going for a Chelsea player!

Can't see Okazaki being dropped, or Ulloa not being on pen's. So just a Vardy>Ulloa change with no formation change would be my guess.

We have to get Mahrez playing further forward where he could do some damage. On Sunday he was too deep - often in our own half. He might shove Okazaki up front and play Mahrez in the hole, but it's more likely he'll just replace Vardy with Ulloa.

judging by his last two spot kicks i'm not sure that's a good thing.

I guess if Ulloa plays it wil lbe him?

I have the exact cash for these moves - would you make them before tonight's deadline? Looks like Alli could rise....

    A) Yes
    B) No

    Bolasie & Martial -> Alli & Kane (-4)

    Darlow
    Bellerin, Sakho, Gabriel, Simpson
    Sanchez, Coutinho, KDB
    Aguero

Robles, Fosu, Bolasie, Lanzini, Lukaku, Martial

So aguero, spurs and leicester players finally out of the way, now I have potentially 13 players left to play:

    Mignolet, robles
Delaney, gabriel, rojo, fosu mensah, chester
    Sanchez (c), payet, coutinho, iwobi
    Lukaku, sturridge

These next two days are what this gameweek has been all about, for me. Just praying that at least the majority of these players start (is that even wishful thinking?).

Very true.Im finding it strange people are looking to rage transfer the likes of Liverpool players out for hits when Coutinho Milner etc could score big tonight and still have another dgw to come.

      For sure!

In any other GW I'd be pretty happy with a 80+ score and nailing the captain choice (for once).

Any points from now are an added bonus that will turn a "relatively good week" * into hopefully a great week.

      * Despite
      - losing Dann, Coleman, Nasri to injury
      - losing Migs / Coutinho / Martial to at least 1 game of rotation
      - losing Mitro to partial rotation

      Mignolet, DDG
      Dann, Coleman, Fuchs, Smalling, Bellerin
      Sanchez, Payet, Coutinho, Iwobi, Nasri
      Aguero (c), Martial, Mitrovic

Can anyone worse 66 so far?

Still hopefully got ten to play but it's not looking good, ranking has slid this week from 95k to 135k (after 9 straight wins), desperate and season pretty much looking like done.

-4 as well for me (Martial).

Everything that could have gone wrong has done so far really but like you my decision making has been pretty iffy.

      Same scenario.. red arrows everywhere..
      OR slid from 72k > over 110k..
13 players to play, hopefully they all starts and get me on the right track.

I spent hours planning this DGW to close the gap on my ML leader, who already burnt his BB.
He has 4 SGWers in his team, yet he took the gap from 15pts to 40pts.
He kept Alder, Alli and Kane..

More so, the one behind me was 70pts behind.. closed the gap to 15pts, by TC on Kun.

          What a shame on me!

I'm in a similar league. My "very casual" ML leader only has 5 DGW players along with the likes of Eriksen and Kane(C). One is Gomes... Crazy season.

And I took a hit to do Bolasie > Milner..
Bolasie was so crap the previous DGW..

Ang that goal was a pain in the arse.. have Cech & Bellerin in my team

That will depend on LFC Europa outcome.
In case they get to the final, there'll be big rotation imo.

People said that after Aguero's 25 points against Newcastle and 11 against Villa.. There's bound to be players that get 15+ points between now and end of the season so the time hasn't passed, it's just picking the right player.
