For those of us with triple captain chip left should we be giving serious consideration to Aguero or Kane this week?

Nope, 2 games still better than 1 IMO. GW37 still looks the best bet. Payet, Firmino, Costa etc

I'm not convinced by Payet TC but he does have two home games - United one could be tight though.

A Liverpool player would be decent enough if they don't get rotated.

Chelsea could bench Costa for one of the games and let Pato or similar play instead.

True, best one is Payet out of that lot I think. 100% nailed on and can assist & score his specialist FKs against anyone, Already once against United in the Cup.

Yeah, KDB returned one measley assist this DGW. If you'd TC'ed him, you still have got 24pts - nowhere near Aguero obvsiously, but I'd be happy enough with that from my captain in a regular GW.

Pick someone in form going into DGW37 and you should be able to pick up a decent amount of points.

Sturridge/Costa in GW37 look good too though, not to mention Sanchez home to Villa in the last GW.

      Not Aguero, with CL midweek.

Here's a good way o looking at it...

If GW34 was split and you had to use your TC, you'd have certainly plumped for Aguero v Newcastle rather than Chelsea.

Playing it in a DGW let's you spread that risk of getting at least one haul (and maybe two).

Good morning everyone. Only 2 points away from a nice round 100 tonight.

True enough but with all this rotation going on and Newcastle being at the bottom end of the league I would not have put Iheanacho beyond a game tbh. Man City have done it before on a DGW

True, but he'd only played an hour against Dortmund whilst the likes of coutinho went the full distance. He was certainly one the fresher first team players. Didn't do the full 90 against bournemouth either so he's not exactly gonna be dead on his feet and in dire need of a rest.

Looks like these that decided to use their TC on Aguero this DGW are a big winners. Almost 80 points from 1 player is exactly what you expect and hope for when using that chip.

What about the ones that still have the Triple Captain chip in hand? Who are you going to trust by pushing an activating button?

Would love to look at the others' opinion as to be entirely fair I don't find any stand out option.

    My candidates:

    DGW-players:
    - Payet (SWA, MUN) in DGW37
    - Defoe (CHE, EVE) in DGW37

could also be a Man Utd attacker or Lukaku that DGW, but I think the risk of being trolled is just too high…

    SGW-players:
    - Sanchez (NOR) in GW36
    - Sanchez (AVL) in GW38
    - Lukaku (BOU) in GW36

the ones that also come my mind are Aguero (STK) or Kane (WBA) in the upcoming GW, as they're in great form. It's just so soon, I am not sure I wanna use it already rather than keeping it for the actual finish-line of the season.

    What are your thoughts?
Who is your TC candidate for now?
Any other candidates rather that aboves?
Please share it with us 🙂

So of the SGW player you mention, Lukaku is a no (troll) and Sanchez v Norwich another no (relegation scrap)

I'd also avoid this week on Kun and Kane due to CL and Pulis.

Payet or Lanzini in 37 or Sanchez in 38 for me

    (A)
    Martial -> Long (-4)
for a good attempt at 11 playing this week
    Or

    (B)
    for a -12
    Martial - > Kane
    Mitro - > Long
    Dann -> Rose/Walker

each point hit costs about 1k in rankings atm where I am.

That is what drove me to him. Also having a DGW for such a low price and it enables the return of Kane. Seems like a great choice to me. It will be a hit but I will be down a man in 35 if I don't do something, so it may as well be a DGW player.

    How are BP worked out?

From someone who watched NU v MC last night, Aguero scored an offside goal and fell over in the penalty area...

Surely the NUFC midfield or defence did all the work?

Probably find that out in the rules section on the web site bud http://fantasy.premierleague.com/rules/

It's stats based, a goal gets 24 BPS no matter if it's a tap in, a wonder strike or 'offside'.
