Marcus Rashford (£7.6m) was not named in Manchester United’s matchday squad to face Wolves on Tuesday night.
It is understood by the Manchester Evening News that the forward missed out on the Molineux encounter because of an illness.
It means that Romelu Lukaku (£10.8m) returns to the starting line-up for the first time since Gameweek 30.
The Belgian is flanked by Jesse Lingard (£6.7m) and FPL defender Diogo Dalot (£5.3m) in a front three.
Anthony Martial (£7.2m) has been named on the bench while Paul Pogba (£8.9m), Fred (£5.4m) and Scott McTominay (£4.2m) are selected as the midfield trio.
Victor Lindelöf (£5.1m) returns at centre-back after missing the Watford game, and plays in defence alongside Chris Smalling (£5.6m), Luke Shaw (£5.1m) and captain Ashley Young (£5.7m).
Meanwhile, Wolves have restored Raúl Jiménez (£6.8m) and Matt Doherty (£5.4m) to the side after they were beaten 2-0 at Burnley on Saturday.
It is certainly a much stronger looking outfit with those two back, while Ryan Bennett (£4.1m) returns from suspension.
Ruben Vinagre (£4.3m), who has shown statistical promise in his recent performances, comes in for Jonny (£4.3m) at left-back.
After much concern over rotation, Troy Deeney (£5.9m) and Gerard Deulofeu (£5.7m) both started both Double Gameweek 32 matches, the second seeing them host Fulham.
That selection comes in spite of Watford playing Wolves in Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final.
In fact, Javi Gracia’s only changes to the side that lost at Manchester United on Saturday are all in defence.
Daryl Janmaat (£4.9m), Christian Kabasele (£4.4m) and Adam Masina (£4.3m) all drop the bench while Miguel Britos (£4.3m) misses out entirely.
Coming in for the quartet are José Holebas (£4.8m), Adrian Mariappa (£4.2m), Craig Cathcart (£4.5m) and Kiko Femenía (£4.2m).
After they missed out on the defeat to Manchester City, Tim Ream (£4.2m) and Aleksandar Mitrovic (£6.4m) return to the Fulham side.
Watford XI: Foster; Kiko, Mariappa, Cathcart, Holebas; Hughes, Doucouré, Capoue, Pereyra; Deulofeu, Deeney.
Fulham XI: Rico; Christie, Ream, Le Marchand, Bryan; Anguissa, Chambers; Babel, Cairney, Sessegnon; Mitrovic.
Wolves XI: Rui Patrício; Bennett, Coady, Boly; Doherty, Dendoncker, Rúben Neves, João Moutinho, Rúben Vinagre; Jiménez, Diogo Jota.
Manchester United XI: De Gea; Shaw, Lindelöf, Smalling, Young; Pogba, Fred, McTominay; Lingard, Lukaku, Dalot.
