Liverpool and Chelsea take on Napoli and Valencia respectively as the Champions League group stages get underway on Tuesday night.

        Pochettino doesn’t just rotate full backs he subs them on and off quite a lot so bench cover still doesn’t make Aurier a good option - in the Premier League Davies got 20 starts and was subbed on 7 times last season, Rose got 20 starts and was subbed on 6 times

      Out of the 5 defenders, 2 will always be benched. All my 7 attackers will start every week. So it'll basically be a 3-4-3 most of the times. And suppose one of the player doesn't play, i will have a sub who will have a half decent fixture and get me odd cs

        While i do see some value in it, my reservation against is that there is very little attacking potential in those five defs
        So even if you get the CS sometimes your GW points wil lbe so often be ruined once they let in a goal, while having better attacking defenders leaves you with higher ceilings/other points sources than just CS
        Son away to Leicester does not sound like many points, and i´d rather have KDB now or just a cheaper one so you can get at least one big hitter in def or 3 times 5.5 defenders

          Yeah i can understand why you are skeptical about this approach.

          Primary responsibility of any defender should be defending. I expect cs from defenders, attacking returns are bonus ( unless you are talking about pool fullbacks) . That being said, I can downgrade Engles to aurier. Incase he misses some match, I do have cover ..

          Also another thing I can do is do Salah to mane and upgrade Engles to 5.5 defender.

          Re son, he has a pretty good record against leicester and loves scoring at King Power stadium. I am even thinking about captaining him .

          Re KDB, i had him in place of salah, with mount in place of hayden . But mount being injured, came. up with this

        The team is ok, maybe do Engels to Lundstram but rotation will be disappoint you. I will also look at Wilson in place of Auba maybe, and upgrade at the back.

            Yeah, cheap defenders but you will likely rotate the wrong ones each week, which can be frustrating. Same situation as 2 keepers. If you get it right then could easily be a really good decision.

              The rotation will only be between mings and dummet.

              Looking at the fixtures I think I should find a better option ( below 4.8) instead of dummet. Maybe a Burnley triple up?

            Yeah Auba is definitely an upgrade to Wilson, but has United after Villa, and not as cheap. Wilson can be a troll but when he does well, he tends to get bigger hauls.

          I go for sterling and auba. Sterling (c) . And kdb instead of Salah .

          Salah gets 13 points. Kdb gets 7 points. Down i go. Tbh its not just about captaincy.
          Christina has 42 points from captains, and I have 92 points. But she has a rank of 250 whereas my rank is 1.8M

          I would think about turning Mount Maupay Digne Salah on a wildcard when you can go Mane Soyuncu/4.5s Dendoncker/Nakamba and then turn Maupay into Aubameyang or Cantwell to KDB (not sure about the calculation, may also require turning Otamendi to 4.5)

          Pochettino doesn’t just rotate full backs he subs them on and off quite a lot - in the Premier League Davies got 20 starts and was subbed on 7 times last season, Rose got 20 starts and was subbed on 6 times. I believe Aurier is at significant risk of 1 pointers and still may not play all that many games with Champions League now started.
