Tonight sees the last three Premier League fixtures of 2010 take place, to put an end to a treacherous gameweek. Chelsea host Bolton, Arsenal travel to Wigan, and Liverpool and Wolves play slightly later in front of the cameras. Follow the action with us in our Dugout Discussion, which is open as usual.

The team news is coming through, and there is more rotation to endure…

Chelsea XI: Cech, Bosingwa, Ivanovic, Terry, Cole, Ramires, Essien, Lampard, Anelka, Drogba, Malouda.

Bolton XI: Jaaskelainen, Ricketts, Cahill, Knight, Robinson, Moreno, Holden, Muamba, Taylor, Kevin Davies, Elmander.

So Nicolas Anelka and Ramires start for the Champion’s at the expense of Salomon Kalou and John Obi Mikel respectively. For Bolton, Chung-Yong Lee’s departure to the Asia Cup sees a start for Rodrigo Moreno. No, I’ve not heard of him either.

Wigan XI: Al Habsi, Stam, Gary Caldwell, Alcaraz, Gohouri, Thomas, Diame, Cleverley, Watson, N’Zogbia, Rodallega.

Arsenal XI: Fabianski, Eboue, Squillaci, Koscielny, Sagna, Diaby, Rosicky, Denilson, Bendtner, Chamakh, Arshavin.

Huge changes for Arsenal tonight sees Samir Nasri dropped to the bench, and Robin van Persie left at home. In comes a totally different front six from the Chelsea game. No major surprises from the home team.

Liverpool XI: Reina, Johnson, Kyrgiakos, Skrtel, Konchesky, Kuyt, Gerrard, Lucas, Meireles, Torres, Ngog

Wolves XI: Hennessey, Zubar, Stearman, Berra, Elokobi, Foley, Milijas, Hunt, Jarvis, Ward, Ebanks-Blake

The long-awaited (and much needed) return of Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard is the major piece of team news from the 8pm game. Daniel Agger also returns for Liverpool, and takes his place on the bench.

If there was 1 small differential you could have this week who would it be?

I have a free transfer and I'll be using my WildCArd next week so I may aswell use it, who should I go with?

EDIT: Is Krul going to be playing?

        I'm thinking

Coleman>>>Ashley Cole instead of playing Jara?

Just landed back over here this evening after a Christmas back home, tis all as I left it so not too bad. Good Christmas for you?
I went out of the Fantasy Cup today after another ballbag GW, this season had better resolve to change its hideous ways as a new years resolution!

I'm very well cheers. Although in FF my main rival just auto-captained to Malouda from Tevez - his third fluky auto-captain on the bounce so i'm close to FF suicide.

Got him in just in time for him to score his hattrick and for much smuggery for me, after dozens of two pointers I bin him and a week or so later he scores 5. Cant take the anguish he causes!

Urgh dunno Chinmusic. Not sure i want 3 players from any team anymore with results almost impossible to predict. Nani and Vidic are my fill from Utd. I just hope that diving showpony recovers pronto for my team and utd's sake.

I hear you. I'd be reasonably confident he was worth a punt for those three games. Then his fixtures stiffen considerably and the bench would await. By then I hope RVP is properly back as he's the obvious replacement.

Why hasnt this liverpool blackpool double gameweek been added to the fixtures list yet?! Its enfuriating as i dont want to make a move until it is which looks like it may be too late as things are going! Also if it is in gameweek 22, why? The weather still stinks it would make more sense to arrange it somewhat further away from the winter than that given the reason for its 'calling off' in the first place. I understand that re-arranging the match to suit both clubs is difficult but it doesnt make much sense does it?!

We've got a decent team. 2/3 games in hand, running into form too. Madjewski was good tonight and is class, altho aron ramsey ran the show while he was on.
It's all about hitting form at the right time in this division, and 8 goals in 2 won games against poor teams is a start

Peeps should lighten up a bit. Yes it's frustrating and annoying at times like this but let's get real. There are about 5 posters on here with a realistic chance of winning this thing so why get so uptight? We all want to win our mini leagues but comments like "Never take hits!" from peeps 200k in the world are a joke.
Take a punt, have a laugh, gloat when it works, take it on the chin (and the forum) when it doesn't.

Only just saw the City v Villa highlights. Mario "I'm the second best player in the world" Balotelli is a complete c*nt. Laziest hat-trick ever, one offside tap in from Friedel's save and two of the most arrogant and casual penalties known to man. Do feel rather sorry for Friedel while hope Balotelli gets snapped next game...

I just HATE people who stop on the run up and then tap it the other way once the goalie sways a bit. Poor keeping maybe but I really wish there was a rule against it. Friedel has mostly had an excellent if undistinguished career in my opinion and I didn't enjoy seeing him getting embarrassed like that. Meanwhile this arrogance ponce is on £100k a week and has scored that awful hat-trick, once against West Brom before being sent off and once against some Romanians. As much as I dislike Tevez atleast he tries every game whereas Balotelli seems to move less than Berbatov and have the added element of proclaiming himself just short of Messi!

It would be kneejerk to do it before BOL. He's only failed totally in one home game since the start of the season - WOL.

And Liverpool have gone from being damned as appalling to looking like they're turning a corner already this season. They lost at home to Blackpool then Torres scored 3 in the next two at home.

He did alright against them at OT, too. He seems likely to outscore Ethers over the next few weeks.

To elaborate, I was probably beaten in the cup this week by the best ghost team around. Arshavin (C), Bale, Malouda, Drogba, Coleman, DJ Campbell (who came on as a sub for Nani) and wait for it...Baird!

is bosingwa going to start now? wanting to do these transfers in the future:
    koscielny to bosingwa (this week)
RvP to odemwingie(would love to get elmander but too expensive)
    bale to fabregas

if its possible to get a good def at 4.4 it would mean getting elmander. ideas?

Bosingwa is gash and will rotate his place with Ferriera, what's the lure of Elmander? Bolton have had their best run of games.

want to get fabregas in and get rid of bale, koscielny and rvp. thats the only idea that springs to mind. want chelsea def for their upcoming fixtures, elmander always scores too. what do you think?

Fair enough wanting Chelsea defensive cover but Bosingwas place isn't by any means secure. Most would say Elmanders purple patch is over now but he may keep it up.

I'm planning on going Adam even though it buggers me up slightly as he was meant to be coming in for the gw after.

Suppose Brunt or Pedersen aren't bad options either.

Even with the double game weeks for liverpool I cant see a decent investment, I have konchesky already. Thinking of getting Adam for blackpool instead

To me Liverpool need to be left alone indefinitely now, when they get a new manager or a serious amount of spending happens we could see a change in quality.

Blackpool are crying out for investment.
