Tonight we’re running our second phase of beta testing on the new site.

Members who signed up before 6pm this evening can now get access to the beta test via this link. Use your existing login details to get access.

As before, there is a welcome article to greet you detailing what is new in this phase. For those who did not take part in the first test, there’s also a link to the original beta test welcome article with full details on the new features available.

Once again this test will run for a limited period. Please leave your feedback on the beta test site comment thread, not on this article.

Just to stress – this is a test of a new site that will be available to all – not just for members.

Many thanks to those who take part in this latest test.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

      C. YAYA and LAMPS.

YAYA is cheaper and was better end of last season... Lamps will smash it first 3 games IMO, then you have 1.5 saved from Silva to Spend on your shit defence 🙂

OK DARTH VADER YOU EVIL JUDGE....

    Given, (DeVries)
    Kompany, Rafael, Hughes, Salgado (Bramble)
    LAMPARD, VDV, NZogbia (Marveaux, Ferguson)
    ROONEY, SUAREZ, Holt

BOOM, 4 captain choices, well balanced rotatable defence, midfield will stay same most games, might change marveaux for 5.0 see who start getting points from promoted teams, same with holt.

    JUDGE ME

          nah, it's natural.

You'd have to be mad to move to city IMO. There's a massive possibility of not making it into the team, so even if your wage rockets initially, you're not doing your career any favours.

Bit heavy on the keepers in my opinion.

      Will Wilshere get many points?

A.Young may be a bit of a rotation risk with ManU having so many midfielders.

And could you get more attacking Chelsea cover than Luiz?

Youngs a big rotation risk - but so are all united players... I think I'll wait for Valencia to get injured before I take up one myself.

M.Rodriquez is Maxi from pool yeah? Not sure he'll get too many starts either.

Wilshere is a fantastic player but not a fantastic ff player.

Ruddy and Kenny are descent keepers - always a chance with the incoming championship teams that their keepers will have a lot of work to do so should get save points.

Eesh. None of those sound great. I suspect that only a genuine physical seperation for a period of time will force a conclusion as to whether it is really over. Is there somewhere else you can stay for a few weeks? Going on in this kind of limbo isn't fair on you, she needs to make her intentions clear.

Your forcing yourself to interact because your heads elsewhere thinking you really just wanna be home with her. All i can say mate is you need to try and stay up beat around her, dont break down, most women want a man to lean on, if your falling to pieces she will run. Obviously dont be over confident and come back through the door like james bond, but just show her you can stand on your own two feet. It sounds cheesy mate but if its meant to be it will happen.

Sorry to hear about all this Soop.

When i've been in this situation before the best thing is to have honesty and then closure. Horrid to sound all psychobabble about it, but if you are in a situation where you think there is a future with Donna then you need to talk to her about thatand find out if that's the case with her as well. If there is no hope you need to know so you can move on.

Secondly you need to bring closure to your relationship. When I've been here i only really moved on once I'd had a good chats with the ex in question about the relationship and each other. In my experience this type of conversation boosts your confidence, answers those nagging questions and doubts.

Believe me you won't move on until you and Donna have talked about this more. If there's hope you need to hear it from her. If no hope then you need to sort things out more and move on.

wow, I didn't think it would be that difficult. I don't actually know the answer, but I'll look it up now.

Any Everton fans out there ??? Does anyone know if Baines will be on penalties this year? The set-piece guide on this site says yes but not sure I believe it. If yes then he is the biggest must-have defender going surely ??

I think baines is quite expensive but simply because he is guaranteed 90 mins a game and guaranteed to get several assists, he becomes worth it - especially since there is room for everton to improve on last season's team sheets, and especially with arteta out.

I've reworked my team so i have kompany and baines playing every week, then i alternate between 4-3-3 and 3-4-3 depending on fixtures for cheap defenders and mids.

      even playing a 4-3-3 with baines it's more like a 3.5-3.5-3!

Im stuck between him and Cole. Cole cheaper think he will get more clean sheets, but Baines free kicks and penalties could easily outscore him.

Thanks for comments guys. It is a toughie between baines and cashley but with arteta out early doors baines will be fantasy gold for first few weeks at least. Made my mind up - he's in !

yeah cole wasn't great last season going forward. I guess he could turn it on this season but baines is almost guaranteed to be involved up front

His crossing is fantastic. He has the highest percentage of successful crosses in the league, by far

Ok fellas, what would you prefer:

    A) Ashley Cole and Wes brown, or

    B) David Luiz and Rafael

With other backs being: Enrique, Kompany and Briggs/Simpson

    RMT please!

    Given / Ruddy

    Kompany / Bardsley / Hughes / Monk / Simpson

    Malouda / VDV / Taarabt / Barton / Moses

    RVP / Bent / Zamora

Obviously defense is the weakness, will have to watch preseason to make sure my cheapies in back actually will start. Unsure about VDV as I will probably captain RVP for gw 1,4,5 and Malouda gw 2,3,6. Good thing about having VDV is the ability to switch to Nani, Kuyt, Silva, Downing, Young if one of them start hot.
    Thoughts?

On the cheap defence thing, if you want to be a bit safer rotation wise (and for the same money)-

      Bardsley -> Bramble
      Monk -> Williams (SWA)

Williams is ever present in the Swansea defence, scores the odd goal, and they have home fixtures against Wigan and Sunderland who are both fairly impotent.

Of course Swansea could always get completely destroyed, but you're only £4.5m out of pocket.
