Arsene Wenger is giving little away regarding the likelihood of Robin Van Persie’s start against QPR. Meanwhile, Alex Ferguson prepares to patch up his defence once again ahead of the visit of Blackburn, with Chris Smalling set to miss out and Phil Jones in line to return.

There’s no such injury concerns for Roberto Mancini, who will surely be shuffling his pack like a demented Paul Daniels ahead of two matches in the space of six days. The rest of the Premier League managers are left to play with far more limited options, but Fantasy managers still look set to enter a gameweek of uncertainty – nervously scanning their bench to assess the reserves on standby.

All the team news ahead of tonight’s 7.30pm Fantasy Premier League deadline has been collected and collated over in our Team News section, along with our predicted lineups.

We will update this as we go, keeping you informed on the latest via our Twitter feed.

    This GW
    Silva > Drenthe
    Caulker > Assou-Ekotto

    Next GW
    Dyer > Surman
    Evans > Baines
    4 point hit

    Good plan?

    honestly
your plans are very short term

getting rid of silva and evans for unproven players like baines, surman, drenthe is not a good idea for long term

    RVP(c), Adebayor, Sturridge

    Ruddy, Drenthe, Raylor, Gabbidion

Evans > Shotton (since he is a definite non starter) Is Shotton a certain to start?

    Sorenson
    Jones, Enrique, Jagielka
    Nani, Sinclair, Silva, Drenthe
    RVP, Sturridge, Adebayor

    Ruddy, Brown, Moses, Evans

0.4 in bank, 1 freee transfer.

Worth doing Silva to Bale? think i'm going to lose Silva anyway so don't worry about the lost value.

    This is a FT:

    Would you?

    A) Given OUT Sorenson IN
    B) Smalling OUT BAE IN

If I do A, then I need to play Simpson (liv) which isn't too bad.
If I do B, then I need to play Vorm (TOT)

Concerned Silva may be rested and with the DGW shortly ahead tempted to do Silva to Bale for a 4 point hit and beat the price rise - madness or genius?!

Given that we have a WC coming up it could very well pay off. A worthwhile punt

I'm in a defensive crisis with PJones, JEvans, NTaylor, Wilkinson and BAE. Opinions on taking a hit for Evans -> Jagielka? Dgw on sight and would like to get Drenthe in with the next freebie.

No transfers left for this week 🙁 Just thinking if Jagielka would pay back for the -4 as I might lack a defender on this round and the dgw is coming.

Adebayor against the best home defense in the league vs Rooney(player who takes the most shots on target in the PL) vs the worst team in the league. Hmm, im gonna prefer Rooney.

hey guys, I need help for transfers after next week

    either
Brown>any 3.9 defender (Kelly, Hanley, or someone like that)
    Evans>BAE
    -4

    OR

    Mata>Osman
    Evans>either BAE/Baines
    -4

I already have Ade and Bale for the DGW. Obviously, the second one is for two doublers, but I REALLY like Mata....I'm just not sure how much.
Also will BAE outscore Baines? Probably, right?

I would go for BAE ahead of Baines. I know Baines has the potential for a big score but am not swayed by Eve defense for that dgw.
Brown has one decent fixture coming up so he would be the one to lose I suppose. Would go with the first as you can sort out your defense with wildcard. I like Mata's fixures.
