Swansea’s fine 3-2 win over Arsenal concludes the weekend action, leaving tomorrow evening’s clash between Wigan and City as the only unfinished business in the Gameweek. Time then, for us to extract the key statistics from our Members area and make a stab at the destination of the Fantasy Premier League bonus points…

Even though they have been.. don't think Krul/Vorm are strongest keepers for next few GW's.. what are everyones thoughts? I'm thinking Vorm>Sorensen????
Open Controls-
iam thinking same. for the next 6 weeks. i would only play vorm against norwich
Open Controls -
I've gone with Krul/Mignolet
Rotates perfectly until the end of the season.Open Controls-
will migno play till the end of the season with gordon coming back though.. because after this i dont look to make another goalkeeping transfer hmm?

Gone pretty head on with the attack on my WC didn't want to do the same as everyone else? Any better options at the back?
Kenny Bogdan
Gabbidon Simpson Mcauley Caulker Shotton
Nani Bale Silva Sess Ferg
RVP Roon Torres
Any opinions, taking a punt on torres as I thought he had a good game this week and have ground to make about 30/40 points...Open Controls-
Nani & Rooney maybe United overkill with the next few fixtures. I'd rather Aguero over Torres.
Defence looks ultra cheap - Enrique/Evans/Huth/Richards are all serious considerations and you have none of them.
Bogdan as your rotating keeper with Kenny - very minimal appeal.
It's different I have to admit.Open Controls -
Thought about Aguero>Torres but I'm just not sure if he's worth it, one week isn't enough to convince me but I'll admit Norwich is just so tempting next week, esp with aguero playing Spurs. I wouldn't but maybe I'm just not brave enough 😉

Barcelona play such beautiful football. They are so well synchronized. It's a work of performance art, I tell ya.
Open Controls-
They def are synchronized, with the refs. They know exactly when to give them what they need!

WC time... How it looks like...
Hart, Linegaard
Richards, Evans, Jose Enrique, Cahill, Naylor
Mata, Silva, Sessegnon, Valencia, Moses
Sturridge, RVP, Torres
0.7 left in the bank..,Open Controls-
Good to go.
Open Controls -
I'd wildcard from that team, not to it. 11.5m on keepers and 10m spunked on Torres. Downgrade Hart to Vorm or Krul and get Aguero in.
Open Controls-
Like Hart... 😀 and Torres for next 2 games... Think it's worth to try against NOR&SWA imo
Open Controls
-
-
Torres and Sturridge upfront when they aren't even scoring? Optimistic. Without Lampard, Chelsea only have 6 goals in their last 7 games and none from Torres? Sturridge>Fletcher & Torres>Rooney/Aguero, if you're gonna keep one and I never thought I'd say this 5 weeks ago, keep Torres and downgrade Sturridge to pimp out Moses in the midfield (Walters/Sinclair)
Hope thats a help 🙂Open Controls

Rule #1 of refereeing .... Whenever barsa are endangered of losing points, tho must expel a player from opposing team
#2 do not under any circumstance expel a bars a playerOpen Controls-
The ref denied Barca a clear penalty on Iniesta. Where does that fit in the rules?

looking for a replacement foe ade, i have rvp and Sturridge 11.4 in the bank. the obvious one is Aguero but iv 2 spurs and 1 city for next week already. am i mad for thinking of getting Torres in just for a week and then switch to Aguero
Open Controls-
11.4 to spend not in the bank sorry
Open Controls -
Nope - if I could afford I'd be considering it, even though he burnt me at the start of the season
Open Controls-
+1
I could only afford it if I took a hit, and I'm on a no hits unless necessary policy from here on out
(by necessary I mean I will be unable to field a full team for a GW (though that will happen this week)Open Controls

DO IT
"There wad something in the air that night, the stars were bright Fernando"
Of course if he rips it up vs Norwich you'll end up wanting to keep himOpen Controls-
he was sharp yesterday and was unlucky not to score plus Norwich dont keep clean sheets

Bent? Bellamy??
Fletcher?? Morison???Open Controls -

Thoughts on my first draft wildcard would be much appreciated
Vorm Mignolet
Cahill Enrique RTaylor Senderos Shotton

Aguero Morison Van Persie
I was thinking Sturridge instead of Morison but that would mean no Dempsey and someone like Sess.Open Controls-

how many of you think that rooney will lose atleast one of his assists?
Open Controls -
Anyone suggest a good trio with 23.7 million budget to buy two forwards and a midfielder?
Aguero Fletcher Sessegnon?
Sturridge Fletcher Gerrard?
Aguero Sturridge McClean?
Another?
Rest of the team is
Nani Bale Silva Moses

What do you guys think as hart as a way of getting into city coverage?
Open Controls -
This is my team for GW22:
Hart
Kelly Sendy Santon/McAuley
McClean Bale Dempsey Nani*
RVP Rooney Sturridge
Bogdan HBA Dawson
* What do we reckon? Save a transfer or get some City coverage in for Nani?Open Controls-

Well, I know you are a much better player than me - but I just don't understand some of those choices ... 🙁

maybe that's why he's a better player than you :; P

Silva for Nani
Open Controls -
Rooney is on the verge of something. His stats this weekend were excellent. And Nani is such a tinker, just when you least expect it he eases out a double digit score. I'd be tempted to ditch Nani for the more reliable Silva, but I remember his performances against Arsenal before and it would be a brave man to ditch him.
Save it I say.Open Controls-
I may yet leave the c on him, it's on Sturridge right now.
Open Controls -
Thank you!!! 🙂
Open Controls -
you've just reiterated everything I was thinking. doesn't make a whole lot of sense to bring in City players to play against spurs when either getting rid of Rooney or Nani vs Arsenal would be my choices.
Open Controls-
with the man v ars, spurs v man city and mata being terrible away it leaves a real dilemma for the captaincy.
I'm tempted to go for the default option of RVP. He's bound to score. If I had gigantic dingle -dangles I'd captain Sess, he was very unlucky not to rack up a few assists this week.Open Controls

Here's hoping Silva doesn't play a second tomorrow....
Open Controls-

Likewise 4Vets. I need Dyer to come on. His 2nd 10pt haul on my bench is killing me.
Plus, I will be through to the next round of FPL cup if silva is not in the squad.Open Controls-
I have Dyer as 2nd sub, have Baines already coming on for Studge. Here;s hoping, Ajay 🙂
Open Controls-
Got walters first sub. You would think after benching him last week i would put him first sub this GW, but walters on pens. Proper gutted earlier, really cant make a right call this season.

This Rooney assist thing? I watched repeats 5 times and he has last touch on both, if he loses either it's a crime. If welbeck touched the crossed ball it would have deflected or slowed down, he didn touch it and Rooney slid his foot through and got the touch for the other.
Open Controls-
The first one clearly deflected of Welbeck's foot.

I presume a few of you are in my situation or similar , i have to drop one of these lads for next weeks gameweek and not sure who to drop to the bench, just put in fletcher for the let down that was yak thats why this has come about
Gerrard (BOL AWAY)
Bale (MCI AWAY)
Silva (TOT HOME)
Dempsey (NEW HOME)
McClean (SWA HOME)
Aguero (TOT HOME)
Van Persie (MUN HOME) (CAPTAIN)
Fletcher (AVL HOME)
Who to drop? Who to Captain?Open Controls -
Really am confused as to how my WC team got a grand total of *drumroll please* ......31 points.
Vorm | Sorenson
Richards | BAE | Shawcross | J.Evans | Simpson
Nani | Silva | Walters | Sessegon | Ben Arfa
RvP | Aguero | Yakubu
Bank: £0.1m

I am going to hold out on the WC for another week (and probably wait for Gw24).
Best defender and centre-forward to get in for next week?
Jags > Huth & Yak > Crouch (giving me three Stoke players). Tempted with Fletcher but everybody lis latching on. Helguson might do OK v Wigan but QPR looked a bit toothless up front today.
If I knew Bellamy would play I'd sneak him in away from home. Or what about Agbonlahor for the next two?Open Controls -
Adebayor > Bent for next couple of weeks and then get him back in with the winter WC?
Open Controls-
Same question. It's Bent, Morison, Fletcher, Torres (!), Sturridge, Bendy, Saha or ? for me.
Open Controls-
I'd get Torres but i already have Sturridge and Mata, not to mention i'm one of the stupid fools who captained him a couple of times at the beginning of the season whilst everyone else had Rooney.

Thank Fook that Northern doughnut's not presenting MOTD 2 tonight, he wrecks my head
Open Controls-
He is a little nerd. He irritates the sh1t out of me aswell. He needs to stick to reading Marvel comics and leave the footie to the good people.
Open Controls-
I just don't know how he even got the job, he wouldn't be out of place on the big bang theory with those other annoying geeks. Hopefully he's gone for good from MOTD anyway. I already have to mute it when Shearer's talking in case I put my foot through the TV

Walters | Cabaye | Bale | Sess | Nani
Aguero | Adebayor | Morison
- any thoughts for gw22 ?
is it okay if i do jones > richards, and shawcross>jevans for a 4 point hit ?
in bank: 4.2mOpen Controls-
too much spent in defence..ade not eligable..cabaye not great fpl wise
Open Controls -
no to both
Spurs will score v City, Arsenal will score v United (and you have Jones), ShawX is at home. Ade is ineligible and Cabaye maybe injured.Open Controls
-
-
as a non rooney or welbeck owner i have to say he will get 1 at the most
having watched both, the first obviously touches welbeck
the 2nd is a pass by wheater, although rules state opposition touch in the box makes no differece, a clear pass like that may be interpreted differently
so either 0/1 maxOpen Controls-
think the Wheater touch was outside the box.

So angry at keeping the faith with nani for weeks now. How many times?! Yea he's due a trade mark nani double digit score! But this week has been the final straw. He can bugger off! Our relationship is over! It's not me, its u!
So who's best replacement?
Iv got silva, bale, sess, McClean.
Thinkin either dempsey, valencia. Can't think of anyone else...
Ideas please!Open Controls-
Yeah he is a complete tw@t. Not picking him again this season once my WC is done.
Open Controls-
I kno! So any ideas on a replacement?
Also, yak is another one who can jog on!
Thinkin fletcher for him. But just dunno who replace nani with?Open Controls
-
-
Perhaps Walters or Ethers.
Open Controls -
If you have Sess then maybe sell Nani and buy Valencia and upgrade McClean to Walters/ Sinclair?
Open Controls -
Dempsey. Fulham have a good run of fixtures. Utd's fixtures are poor and there are question marks over Valencia's game time once Young is back.
Open Controls-
Good point. Also like ninja skrtel thinkin.

Thoughts on my wildcard draft team;
Krul Mignolet
Richards Enrique Cahill Evans Senderos
Silva Bale Dempsey Sessegnon Walters
RVP Aguero Fletcher.Open Controls-
That is bang tidy!
I've had Enrique for months now and he isn't doing much bit CS potential is still there.
A Swansea player is always good to have but I don't know where you would put them in.
Great sideOpen Controls -
Very similar to mine (same front 8) , I've got 1.6m in the bank for an upgrade of Fletcher to Ba or suchlike if Fletcher doesn't deliver the goods but
Krul Mignolet
Enrique Cahill Simpson NTaylor Kelly
Silva Bale Dempsey Sess Walters
RVP Aguero FletcherOpen Controls
