He played 25 games for Newcastle scoring 6 goals. Not worthy a spot over Ruud, Jimmy and Dennis IMO. » -

gunnerboy says:
I am the only one with Hazard, and thinking of captaining him? Risky but could pay off handsomely
December 31 at 9:59 am
Nick says:
It could indeed. Tbh, most people on here have Mata so prob why he hasn’t been mentioned much (at all).
December 31 at 9:59 am
Home Run Baker says:
Good call.
December 31 at 9:59 am
Chamakh-intyre undercover says:
Don’t currently have him, but seriously considering it (if only the waiter would let us into his thinking)
December 31 at 10:01 am
gunnerboy says:
It was either him or Walcott. Went for him just for the home game against a weak QPR, hoping he plays through the middle. Will sell him to get Bale back next week, unless of course he tears QPR another new one…
December 31 at 10:02 am
Chamakh-intyre undercover says:
How many more new ones do QPR have space for?!
December 31 at 10:00 am
lightspeed says:
I am waiting on michu news
With that I will either buy hazard or michu for bale
December 31 at 10:00 am
Rafabio says:
I think he will remind us against QPR how explosive FPL wise he can be.
Should be a dandy for him, but only thing that worries me is his form, but even against QPR with that form he should pull in some points.
December 31 at 10:07 am
Sanchez Jose Enrique says:
I’ve got him as well, along with Walcott Suarez and RVP.. may go with Hazard
December 31 at 11:52 am
Porky says:
Could be worth a punt
2 assists in 10 weeks is a bit worrying considering assists is his bread and butter for scoring.
December 31 at 10:00 am
Home Run Baker says:
Enrique out for a hit?
If I keep him, will have Mertesacker, Nastasic and Davies. Davies at home to AVL so quite attractive.
Thoughts?
December 31 at 10:09 am
teddy says:
From the sound of it he could be out for some time, so I’d normally get rid asap. But the forthcoming wc complicates things. Personally I’d still use the injury as an opportunity to change it up.
December 31 at 10:09 am
Sanchez Jose Enrique says:
I’d save it

"The Special One" says:
Poss WC…
Bunn, Begovic
Gibbs, Cuellar, B.Davis, Zabaleta, Clyne
Walcott, Mata, Michu, Bale, Marveaux
RVP, Suarez, Ruiz
Thoughts??
December 31 at 10:01 am
waitinginthelonggrass says:
I have Mata, Michu and Bale.
Will only lose .1 on Bale for looking to shjip for 1 week and then get back (or if I get Caz I may hold off until the wildcard).
I have no other pressing moves and it is for a free.
Who is the better option Fellaini or Caz?
Thanks
December 31 at 10:02 am
Rafabio says:
Both are good. If I HAD to choose one. Afro man. NEW are dire
December 31 at 10:04 am
waitinginthelonggrass says:
But would it make more sense to transfer in Caz now in advance of the impending DGW?

Jonty says:
So here’s my dgwkers for no hit if everything goes to plan
Jaask, obrien, Nolan, theo, podzol ski, Gibbs…. No room for caz which is a worry but think podolski can match or better him over two games.
December 31 at 10:07 am
Home Run Baker says:
Has anyone done any analysis on GK rotation after the Jan WC? Is Bego / Jaaskalainen still the best option? Is there an argument to take profit on one if those two, and bring in a cheaper option?
December 31 at 10:29 am
absinthe says:
From memory they rotated all season. But certainly I’m thinking just have Bego and free up the cash. Have a reserve keeper from a team you’d trust if their number one got injured.
December 31 at 10:08 am
absinthe says:
….and the dust settles over what was even by FPL terms an amazing GW.
I was head in hands until injury time on Sat’s 3pm kick offs and then suddenly at the end of Sunday I have 69 pts and into the top 30k.
Funny old game eh.
Anyway quandary for next week. Fix injuries/suspensions with hits or accept it might be a bad week and just build to the DGW.
Foster
Baines – Wilkinson – Clark
Walcott – Michu* – Sterling – Punch
RVP – Suarez – Berbs
Bego – Shorey – Enrique – Bale
1FT & 1m to spend.
Possibilities:
Bale > Mata
Wilkinson > O’Brien
Enrique > Gibbs
Team linked if anyone is kind enough to have a think.
Thanks.

Soundwave says:
First of all – happy new year to all the managers
so this is my squad : Jaaskelainen
Gibbs / Nastasic / Ivanovic /Davies
Michu/Mata/Walcott
Ba/Tevez/Van Persie
subs – Begovic, Snodgrass, Sterling, Shorey
is this squad good to go in 2013 & whom to (C) : rvp or walcott?
December 31 at 10:33 am
absinthe says:
I’d (c) RVP. It’s rare that lightning strikes twice re Walcott.
Santi and Bale had low scores after their monster weeks.
December 31 at 10:35 am
absinthe says:
Or Mata of course.
December 31 at 11:02 am
Soundwave says:
thx for advice, i will consider Mata also
good luck in 2013

Thoughts on my team..,. (WC Played) (£0 left)
Szczesny – Rudd
Hughes (FUL) – Davies (SWA) – Demel (WHU) – Marriapa (REA) – Fonte (SOU)
Fellaini (EVE) – Walcott (ARS) – Bale (SOU) – Nolan (WHU) – Santi Cazorla (ARS)
Van Persie (MNU) – Berbatov (FUL) – Cole (WHU)
thinking of changing walcott or cazorla for next week then changing back for the double gameweek.
