FFS Paddy Power Cup III – Fourth Round Draw

Next up, we roll out the draw for the Fourth Round of the Paddy Power Cup VII. The weekend’s decimated schedule is sure to play a significant part in how some of these ties unfold, with many managers facing points hits just to field even nine or 10 players.

Site regular Evs remains on course for the silverware and, having moved up to 14th in the overall rankings, faces Rodallega Bombs for a place in the last 32. Former winner Fuzzy Dunlop is still very much in the mix – he squares up to backstreets this time round. Stewpot and Logan Daniels both arrive in good form – with 93 points apiece, they were the joint top-scoring managers from the previous round and now go head-to-head with Vae and dA4s respectively.

Was going to hold Aguero as I can get 10 out this week and initial reports said he'd be back for the Everton match. But that latest twitter update looks and sounds far more serious...do people agree that 2 weeks is optimistic for a return?

What do people think? Is this the weekend to ship him for a hit? And if so, for who?

I own him and It's not like he's in blistering league form anyway, so think it was a differential that didn't pay off and looking to get rid this GW.

    Current line up is

    Bego
    Davies Martin clyne
    Sissy punch bale michu
    Suarez lambert

Not playing fed, demel, zab, wally and RVP

Have one ft, 6.4m and can only think of Johnson or Enrique thinking beyond this gw for demel.

Was then planning bego to ddg next gw, seem reasonable?

I wonder if there are any stats out there, that show if games between teams battling relegation are high or low scoring. Logically one must think that they are more low scoring, because teams would be more satisfied with a draw than usually.

I think I'll get Bentkkers this week and give him the armband. I'll look at Sturridge and Benteke over the weekend and decide who to keep

I'll also do the Fella to Maloney move ready for a DGW, to give me a bench option GW30 and someone to cover Sissoko GW31

With Walcott having good fixtures + DGW, those 3 won't be going anywhere soon.

We win a lot of penalties through Hazard too. We like to load the box, so there's always a chance that someone will trip one of the wingers, Moses, Hazard, Oscar, Mata. They're all good at dribbling. Lamps takes them, and we know he has an impressive record too.

Sunderland just don't excite me in their attacking.

For only 2 weeks, I would say Sess. But if it's 3, the answer becomes Snodgrass.

I'm so stumped on what to do. I don't really know what to do with Mata. Are you guys giving him more time? I was thinking about downgrading him to fund the move for Suarez to give me a RVP/Suarez/Lambert front line.

    Rip my squad apart please.

    Begovic/Federici
    Davies Evans GJ Evra Clyne
    Mata Bale Walcott Fellaini Sissoko
    RVP Suarez Lambert

    0.5, 2FT

Another idea would be to think in the now and just do

    Evans > Debuchy
    Fellaini > N'zog

I'd get someone else instead of Zog, but those 2 look decent.

I want Suarez long term but think Benteke is the better option this week...so..

A)fellaini and Pog to Suarez and Gardner

    or

B)Fellaini and Pog to Benteke and Sissoko
