I'd like to lose Giroud for Aguero but can't find an easy way to do it. Or I could save the transfer and risk Aguero going nuts and reassess next week with 2 frees. What do you think?

This gameweek confirmed an fpl tactic of mine today: Choose your captain early in the week and stick with your instinct.

All too often it's easy to be swayed by some useful statistic and a few jerk-knees leading the masses, but there's nothing better than getting it right when you follow your instincts. When you follow the crowd and it doesn't work and your instinctive choice scores well it's doubly frustrating.

GW9 was a perfect example for me; my ML rival and I were both on (c) Suarez during the week, as he looked so hungry since his return and didn't score last week (doubly hungry). Then Arsenal love in the press and a cracking stat from Demi about Liverpool losing 5-0 to Wba across last season persuaded many. But the last game was in February before Liverpool came good.

Him Giroud 12 me Suarez 34. 🙂

Just done migs to boruc and Michu to yaya on fts. Michu just hasn't done it up to now and city home to Norwich is potentially good next week.

The so far mass ditching of Sturridge bemuses me. 8 goals in 9 games. Far to much knee jerking to a hat trick. I had enough blank weeks last season from Suarez to be thinking he is going to keep this up all season.

Decent 73 point haul this gw but a few biting concerns:

1. Who are the best candidates to replace Eriksen seeing as he's played himself out of my side.
2. Best Goalkeeping choice moving forward? Or hold with Migs?

Who should I get rid of Eriksen for? Already have Ozil, Oscar, Hernandez and Januzaj.

Don't see how Michu isn't scoring, attacking stats better than Hazard! Still dumping him!
