Ravel Morrison is the latest player to climb atop the Suspension Tightrope after picking up a booking for a challenge on Michu in yesterday’s goalless draw at the Liberty:

The Hammers youngster is one of a quartet of protagonists just a single caution away from a one-match ban; he must avoid another yellow until after January 1 (Gameweek 21) in order to trigger an automatic suspension. The others include Arsenal’s Mathieu Flamini and Villa pair Fabian Delph and Ashley Westwood, though in terms of Fantasy interest, Morrison, with two goals and an assist in the last five league games, is the major concern, with a 5% ownership in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game.

Flamini’s potential groin injury, which forced him off after just eight minutes in Saturday’s win at Palace, means he has now gone two appearances without incurring the referee’s wrath, compared to four booking in his first five upon returning to the Emirates.

The Frenchman’s midfield partner Mikel Arteta was also in the headlines after he was dismissed
at Selhurst Park for denying a goalscoring opportunity to former team-mate Marouane Chamakh. Arteta will now serve a one-match ban in the midweek Capital One Cup clash against Chelsea but with Flamini possibly sidelined through injury, Arsene Wenger may not have the chance to rest Aaron Ramsey for the Blues’ showdown as he prepares for a run of games which also pits the Gunners against Liverpool, Dortmund and United over the space of 12 days from tomorrow evening onwards.

There are no less than 28 players bubbling under, all on the three-card mark. Amongst the new arrivals from Gameweek 9, Tottenham’s Paulinho is the most popular pick with an 11% ownership, while Swansea right-back Angel Rangel (2%) and City centre-half Matija Nastasic (1%) remain differentials.

On a bizarre side note, Ryan Shawcross received his second booking of the season for an altercation with Robin Van Persie during Stoke’s 3-2 loss at Old Trafford. Potters boss Mark Hughes was left bemused after the referee in charge, Lee Mason, followed his captain into the away dressing room in order to dish out a yellow card

“Ryan was booked in the dressing room. The referee made a point of knocking on the door and booking him. I’ve no idea why. He pushed him I think but I’ve no idea because I didn’t see the incident but he wanted to book Ryan. I’ve never known anyone get booked in the dressing room before.”

In terms of bans served, Newcastle will welcome back Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa to the fold after the centre-half served a one-match ban in yesterday’s derby defeat to Sunderland – with Fabricio Coloccini and Steven Taylor closing in on injury comebacks, he may face a struggle to make an immediate first-team return.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

    Hi guys,

I've just done RvP > Benteke and Moses > Silva.

    My team is: Boruc, Harper
    Shaw, Chico, Coleman, Whittaker, Briggs
    Barkley, Amalfitano, Silva, Oscar, Ozil
    Benteke, Sturridge, Soldado

Would just like to know what people think of my team and where I need to strengthen?

      Positive transfers for me.
      Attack all fine for me.
Keepers ok too but would be wary of them when McGregor returns and Soton fixtures become bad.
Only thing of concern is last 2 defenders. If any spare cash, id improve them next. One of them anyway.

Thanks Sanchez. I'm just a bit concerned about Barkley's playing time now that Osman has come back into the manager's thinking. I really want to bring in Suarez/Aguero but you think the defence should be my next transfer?

No not bad choices... just hard to give input once their done.

Can't make any real decisions now until GW10 is done & we see about injuries, knocks, red cards, & mid week commitments etc...

              Ozil wasn't a bad choice...

He's an elite player who was facing a bottom tier team missing their manager.

              Good choice, bad result.

Seems like everyone has shelved their plans to get "Benteke for GW10" in order to get Kun instead

    Is this because...

    A. Benteke missed a pen
    Or
    B. people looked at the ticker and realised that Kun is the standout captain option this week?

Sturrudge probably, I got Kun this week for Lukaku (felt bad, but no room for sentimentality in FPL). I will get Suarez in for Rooney, so it's a straight fight between Sturridge and Tekkers

I'll have Suarez and Tekkers has tasty fixtures so I think Kun (sun), Suarez (c) (FUL), Tekkers (CAR) looks good, got Barkey for Everton playing Palace

I am not so fickle. Tekkers was the plan. Tekkers will be the transfer. Kun failed me too often.

Aguero for 1 week is short sighted. But his fixtures suggest it isn't a 1 week move by anyone.
Tekkers fixtures are good too though and he is 100% nailed on every time. I'd rather the extra cash. Dont think Aguero is worth more than Tekkers, never mind 2.5m more.

          No europe.
          No capitol one.
No real threst from others for his place.
          Much cheaper.

Then using this for premium mids and defence.

No premium mids really delivering atm for me

I actually just sold Lukaku for Kun

Truthfully, there's so many strikers that are performing, there is no real way to determine which 3 are the best, you could pick any combo and it could do well 1 week, then poor the next. Suarez + any 2 of choice I think.

Easy to downgrade. My own opinion on Kun having seen a bit of him is that he looks more like the Kun of 2011/2012 that scored 23 league goals rather than Kun of 2012/2013 that was always injured and looked out of sorts.

Kings of Leon - in answer to your post and trying not to go for really obvious bands

    Off topic -

Looking for a new band to listen to something along the lines of -

Bullet for My Valentine - Glamour Of The Kill, Shadows Fall
Atreyu - Hell & Highwater, Shadows Chasing Ghosts, Volbeat
    Disturbed - Device
We are the Ocean - Deaf Havana, Lower Than Atlantis
Eyes Set to Kill - Tonight Alive, VersaEmerge (both more like paramore than ESTK)

    Just checked on Lamela's price.

    £7.8m and dropping.

When he gets into the Spurs side he is going to be an absolute steal. The rate he's going, could be down to £7m.
