This is the make-or-break week for us, honestly. We've performed well, yes, but one bad week and one very narrow loss puts us in a precarious position. And what better way to turn it around than against the guys who beat us in the FFSWC final, Nigeria-cum-South Africa.

So, team for this week. Again, so many similar teams, no hits really, so I'd to bank on the advice of my teammates, and this is the best possible XI we have put forward.

Oh ffs thats the same team as last week isnt it for Australia? Serious questions to be asked of management given the auto select team has been played twice in a row...

That said, its only the group stage and we are strong enough to walk it anyway.

Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen...and to South Korea...we're so glad you didnt get on the plane after your 3 straight losses. Understandable that you wanted to play us. Win or lose you'll be able to tell your grandchildren you played against the great Gauchos of 2014!

You're down on your luck and in a state of general dissaray but we respect your the way in which you're turning up for this one. Most honorable!

We jest somewhat howvever...we are taking this match as seriously and with the same proffesionalism that we do for every enconter. 3 points here will be huge! It's tighter than a Scotsman in our group right now.

We shit you not...Agent Wasabi has spent the international break in South Korea on a "reconnaisance" mission that has been extremely fruitful!

Ladies and Gentlemen Welcome to a special edition of "Agent Wasabi - undercover Diaries":

Day 1. Despite the nature of my mission being an "undercover" one I could not help but give them a clue to my presence whilst flying in...causing mayhem for other aircraft in the area. Day 2. After circling until out of bog rolls and fuel I landed. I'm now officially on the ground behind enemy lines…not sure if my comms are being monitored. Keep getting the sense I am being followed by a bloke in black & white trench coat… Reminds me of a badger…….

Day 3. Think I lost the "Badger Man" in a cloud of bogg roll...gave me time to research theirs and looked at pretty much everything they had to offer: http://blog.korea.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/1205_housewarming_tissue.jpg My conclusion is that their bog roll tears very easily here - no fibre….lacks strength very much like their attack, midfield and backline.

Day 4. I've noticed that there aren't any dogs on the streets. JTD wouldn’t like it here….no friends to sniff the nether regions of to establish international relations….
The architecture is very blocky…streets laid out in grid fashion in this part of Incheon - these lads will be regimented in their formation…inflexible…and unable to cope with the flair we can bring to the pitch.
I think plenty of interchanging in our formation will suit us. It simply isn’t in the local mindset to understand our fluidity and spontaneity.

Day 5: Weather lovely. Off out to try local beer and food. Good scouting includes an assessment of their players’ nutrition 😉 text me if required….but only in code in case of interception.

Day 6: No tranmission

Day 8: Mayday, Mayday...I think I'vee been rumbled. They did something to my food!!!.... food poisoning...I think it was badger pellets...local bog roll can't handle it...I can't get off the bog! Mayday! Mayday!

Fortunately we have friends and fans in high places and called upon Gaucho fantic Kim jong-Un who was only too happy to help from over the border who sent in an undercover team to take Argentinian bog roll to Wasabi and then smuggle him back to safety. Many thanks to Kim Jong-Un, we're glad to see that you're on the mend following breaking your 4th metartarsal when you joined us for training pre-tournament! (Despite media rumours that he had lost power, had died or was merely suffering from gout we can confirm that he requested to play with us and after his generous offer of 1 million bog rolls we were only happy to oblige.. only for Captain Spectrum to go in a bit hard on him, breaking his foot!)

We're delighted that agent Wasabi made it back but a shame he was hindered from further research...he did find out one final nugget from our North Korean partners...they informed us that ENR had fled the team and had flown abroad. Hopefully without their talisman they will crumble further!

Unfortunately due to the nature of the cruel and underhanded poisoning of agent Wasabi by the South Koreans his guts remain critical but stable and sadly he will be sat on the bench....and probably not throwing bog roll this time...he has currently found a more practical use for the stuff with his current condition!

Joining him on the bench and throwing bog roll like there's no tomorrow will be Yes the Sess, Henry Hill and Requiemofdream. Sorry fellas it wasnt an easy selection as Captain Spectrum and VC Sunny will attest. Thanks again to them for all of their amazing work.
