Mondogoal – GW37 – £30,000 Last Chance Super Qualifier

This weekend offers the last opportunity to clinch a spot in Mondogoal’s £30,000 World Championship, with a “Super Qualifier” contest, offering enhanced odds, available for entry.

A week on Sunday, Mondogoal will crown their first ever World Champion, awarding them a cool £10,000 first prize pot.

If you’ve yet to claim one of the 170 places in that final day contest you have one last opportunity to get involved.

In addition to the regular £2 qualifying contest, Mondogoal’s “Super Qualifier” offers a spot to the top five managers in a contest limited to 150 entries. You can take your place in that for just £10.

The £30,000 World Championship

How Does it Work?

To get involved, you need to win one of Mondogoal’s £30k qualifying contests. You can enter these for just £2.

How Do I Enter?

In addition to the Super Qualifier, Mondogoal are running a £2 entry contest, offering a qualifying spot to the winning manager.

Don’t forget, you can enter multiple contests with the same Mondogoal line-up with the click of a button.

Having multiple teams will obviously increase your outlay but, with the ability to block out defences, you’ll certainly be increasing your chances of hitting a big score.

Once you’ve created your squad for one contest, go to your list of entries, click on a contest and then click “Enter This Line-up in Other Contests”.

If you’re new to Mondogoal and want the inside skinny, be sure to check out our strategy guide here, and our interview with top Mondogoal manager, ChrisDAFC here.

FF Scout Gameweek 37 Picks

Our mission this week was to find a place for Steven Gerrard. His selection in our midfield, ahead of an emotional contest at Anfield, looks essential given that he’ll surely be going all-out to crown his farewell with a third goal in as many matches.

After Gerrard, our next priority was to find goals up front and, not surprisingly, Sergio Aguero offered us the most assured route here. Even against a highly organised Swansea outfit at the Liberty, the Argentine looks a shoo-in amongst a set of fixtures that looks hugely unpredictable.

Certainly the threat of rotation from Chelsea troubles us and led us to avoid the selection of their assets. So, without Eden Hazard in the mix, David Silva was another must-have in the middle of the park and he’s joined by the dependable (and cheap) George Boyd: we figure that the relegated Clarets will look to go out with a statement in their final Turf Moor encounter with Stoke. With that in mind, Danny Ings also claims a place in our attack as he looks to boost his reputation ahead of an inevitable summer move.

Elsewhere, Newcastle’s must-win scenario for their trip to QPR inspires us to put faith in a trio of their assets. We’ve gone with Ayoze Perez as a budget striker, backed by the substantial presence of Moussa Sissoko in midfield. Having rewarded us with an assist last weekend, we’re also keeping faith with dead-ball specialist Ryan Taylor at the back.

A heads-up – this weekend’s Qualifying contests exclude the early kick-off at Southampton, enabling you to tweak your lineup right up until 2.50pm on Saturday.
