I'm hoping the big hitters start delivering so I can make good use of my WC. Feels like it's just rotting away atm. None of my opponents have it available, or own any of the premium players.

Play it when you feel like you can make big improvements to your team.
Just because your team isn't performing isn't a good reason to play it in my opinion if you can't improve it with the WC. A lot of people WC-ed really early without getting big improvements, in some cases they might even have made it worse.
do it GW10 or 11 i think it is when fixtures change for a few teams.

I'm planning on playing it GW 14 .. Dont want to play it during the international break(12 to 13) since there's always minor injuries/rest/rotation in the GW after and i'd rather wait a week and let the injuries settle. Can then set a team up with Chelsea/Everton/Manutd etc and aim to have a stable team for 18 or so GWs so that you can use the 2nd WC in DGW season
But then that gives me 4 GW's until my opponents get a new one to use again and bring in those premium players easily...
My Shelvey punt may actually end up working out.. Siggy to be dropped vs soton is the general consensus by Swans fans on their forum. Would not be suprised after his horror show last night
I think its likely. Ki deserves to be starting and Siggy has underperformed so far this season, he doesn't warrant a start.

Nope - NTI limit for rises is the same for all players. Flags tend to limit people's desire to bring them in, however.
