The Community Grand Play-offs Round 2 – Week 2

Welcome back to the Grand Play-offs for the final matches of Round 2. This week was a high scoring week for most as we averaged 62 points, seven whole points higher than the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) average. Three people breached 80 points this week and congratulations to StevieBibs90, as he became the highest scorer this week on 99 with only Pelle’s yellow card denying him a century.

In total 34 contestants have already made it through this round after two wins including 16 competitors who are still yet to drop a match and can take a rest this week as we await to find out opponents in Round 3.

Continuing our Mod watch, Roscola won again versus BabyB 77 – 54 to qualify for  Round 3 and become the last mod standing as Spencer crashed out to dmhomag as he lost his second game in a closely fought 58 – 52.

Meanwhile, Doolittle came out on top of his heavyweight clash with Beavis 69 – 42 and is rewarded with yet another opponent with pedigree in the next round as Diva’s super-strong squad won this week whilst leaving 30 points on the bench.
