    Thanks to Treatyoself for forcing me think about this - opinions on shipping out Barkley anyone ?

    I watched the last couple of Everton games, and he seems to be playing deeper than before. Now Baines is back and he seems to be stealing some corners from Barkley (which used to be shared with Deulofeu anyway). And with Baines replacing Galloway it seems like Everton will bomb down both wings again with less of the play going central.

    In that first half against Norwich, Everton had so many, many chances but most of them fell to Luka/Kone, even Baines hit the post and the chances were all created pretty much by Deulofeu if not Romelu.. Barkley would have probably got one assist at the most even if they'd gone 5-0 up.

    With Mahrez, KdB/Silva, Ramsey, Ozil, Bolasie and Wijnaldum (next 2 home games) making strong cases for inclusion, is it time to ditch Barkley ? Especially if you have a FT or two to burn and money in the bank..

    I think I've decided to hold on to VVD and Kolarov for at least another week, maybe two, and instead sell Schmeichel for Hennessy to free up some more cash. I'll save my other FT and I should be good going in to Christmas.

    Slipped to 123 points behind the leader in my league after being 10 points behind 3 weeks ago (damn you Kane captaining and other stupid point wasting decisions).

    Need to cut back on hits big time.

    This is my current team with 700k ITB (No FT, got frustrated and used it to bring in Baines for PVA)

        Gathered... Don't know who to drop for them, that's the main reason. Coutinho gets two weeks to prove he belongs, same with Silva... Unless I downgrade one of my strikers next week to free up cash for Ritchie to Mahrez/Ozil..

      I'm afraid you will keep going down without Mahrez mate, he should be your priority. Getting him in for Ritchie should've been your move this week, but going forward I think I'd do Deulofeu > Mahrez for a hit if you can afford it.

          I'd hit it immediately if I were you. He's looking like the best captaincy option next week and the thought of watching a Leicester game without him in my time is bloody scary. You will want him anyway next week, but you'll likely want some other big hitters too if Cout, Silva, Kane disappoint once again, so you'll probably be tempted to take a hit again. He's a season keeper, I'd say just go for it.

          I brought Hazard in a couple of weeks back with a similar thought, mate. It didn't go well. I wouldn't consider investment in Chelsea's MID/FWD until they show signs of improving.
