FFS Uefa Champions League 2016/2017 – Group Stages Fixtures

Welcome to the FFS UEFA Champions League Group draw where we find out which teams made it through to the group stages.

There were an impressive total of 254 teams entering this tournament and after three tough rounds of qualifying, only 32 teams remain. Without further ado, let us find out who has made it.

Last year’s winner Lucy heads Group A along with Tyrion Lannister, who also made it to the group stages in last year’s tournament. They are both joined by Timpgoodwin and Nickelarse1983 who look like they have something to prove in this competition.

Group B sees last year’s finalist HVT paired with Sunny, Hy Liverpool and England’s Number 1. He will have his work cut out if he wants to repeat last year’s fantastic performance.

Elsewhere, Group C sees Silvinho, Poliander Walken, Liber and Chrissy Waddle battle it out for survival. The latter was lucky to advance through to the group stages, as an unfortunate Demi forgot to activate his Wildcard, resulting in a very large hit being taken.

Group D consists of Spencer, the last remaining FantasyFootballScout moderator left in this competition, and Zombie, who went undefeated in the group stages in last year’s tournament. Will he be able to repeat his success or perhaps better it?

Another familiar face in Group E is Kinnear, who fought his way through tough competition to make it to the group stages. He will be joined by Hammers fan Jay10, Vs10 and Invertebrate in what looks to be a difficult group.

A few of new kids on the block in Group F, with Minty, Kidzac and jasonbek making their first appearances in this tournament.

Samlegend muscled his way past the infamous Giggs Boson to cement himself in Group G along with Deadzone regular Innsie, who managed to attain a score of 89, the highest score of the qualifying rounds!

Finally, Group H rounds off with Gunner137, PWrona, Jay and Wheato all looking to be in contention for the next rounds.

The first group fixture will be played in Gameweek 6. There will be a weekly/biweekly roundup article detailing the results of the fixtures whilst also updating the groups.
