Dugout Discussion – Chelsea vs Hull City

Gameweek 22 concludes at Stamford Bridge where leaders Chelsea will bid to extend the gap at the top with another three points against Hull City.

The Diego Costa circus monopolises the pre-match chatter and, with the striker recovered from a “back problem”, he is immediately re-installed to Antonio Conte’s starting line-up to lead the attack.

Costa is backed by 10.5% of Fantasy Premier League managers with the captaincy, while team-mate Eden Hazard earns the support of 7.6%.

The Belgian has returned just a goal and two assists in the last five Gameweeks, causing a good degree of fidgeting among his 33.1% ownership.

However, the omens are good for both Hazard and Costa today.

The latter has scored in all three of his previous Premier League appearances against Hull, while also providing two assists.

Equally, Hazard has scored three and earned an assist in his last four Premier League appearances against the Tigers.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Kingsley losing me 0.1 SV tonight. I have 2 FTs and have the money to do Kingsley -> Baines or Coleman. Everton out of the cup. Will use the other FT after next weekend.

      Same issue and I reckon it's time to move as well, still got Pickford looking to drop as well but Fosters fine for a few weeks.

        Mainly meant, don't stress the 0.1m. Not worth it. The move is ok, but you may get other injuries in the FA cup.

    Who is in your opinion the best mid to get for 9.0 or less? Have Alli but 3 spurs already, so Eriksen is not an option.

    Maybe a ManU punt? Pogba ant Mkhi both low ownership and with some potential.

        Funny?!?!!?!?! Its been on my mind for all week!!! Ive been losing sleep over it!!! I have no Chelsea attack, i could do Kane to Costa and that would allow me to upgrade Stanislas to Alli. I hate this game sometimes.

      Do you have Ibra? I'd be more likely to sacrifice him (after Hull) than Kane to get Costa.

        I have Ibra and have seen Spurs fixtures, which is why i would be bringing in Alli to still have a Spurs attacking threat. Maybe your all right, but if Kane does nothing and Alli gets 16 points and Costa gets a couple against Liverpools woeful defence im holding you all responsible.
