Four of the teams affected by the FA Cup Quarter Finals on the weekend of March 8 have had their fixtures rearranged.
The Portsmouth vs Birmingham City game and the Chelsea vs Derby fixture will now be played on Wednesday March 12.
I’ve updated the forthcoming fixtures table in the right-hand menu accordingly. The rescheduling means that all four teams have their fixture in gameweek 29 restored, although the Fantasy Premier League game is yet to be updated so that remains unconfirmed.
United’s game with Bolton that was due to be played on March 9 is still to be rescheduled. That could also drop into the same date, although that will depend on whether Bolton can progress in the UEFA Cup. They travel to Atletico Madrid tomorrow night with a 1-0 lead in the tie. If they get through then they will play the second leg of their last sixteen on March 12/13. We’ll know more after tomorrow then.
Boro will need to get past Sheffield United in next Wednesday’s replay before we know if their trip to Villa on March 8 will be postponed.
