Stoke’s Ricardo Fuller is set to miss their next home game with West Brom due to international commitments with Jamaica. Some of you may have missed this little snippet in the web links so I’d thought I’d ram it home just in case (nearly 2000 FPL managers have already bought him since the weekend).

Fuller has been called up for their World Cup Qualifier with Canada on November 19 and with Stoke’s game following just a few days later, boss Pulis expects Fuller to be in no fit state to take his place in the side…

That might be mind games from Pulis, who in my opinion, is likely to have him on the bench at the very least, given his importance to Stoke’s pattern of play. However, with a trip to Old Trafford this weekend and doubts over a starting role against West Brom – you’d perhaps be wise to hold fire on considering the Stoke striker for a gameweek or two.

On a similar theme – Tim Cahill has been called up for Australia for their game with Bahrain on the same day. Everton however, don’t play their Premiership fixture with Wigan until Monday November 24; that should give Cahill plenty of time to get over his fatigue and take his place in the Everton lineup.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.
