After a reasonably low-scoring Saturday (for me at least), we have three remaining Sunday afternoon fixtures to increase our tallies. And with the four most selected captains in action today, according to our poll, we have every chance.

The first of two televised games sees Roberto’s Mancini’s Manchester City play host to Newcastle United. The headline team news for the 1:30pm game is that Newcastle leave striker, and fantasy favourite, Andy Carroll on the bench for the first time this season. For Man City, Jerome Boateng starts his first league game and Adam Johnson is once again on the bench, despite scoring mid-week…

Man City: Hart, Boateng, Toure, Kompany, Lescott, De Jong, Barry, Silva, Toure Yaya, Milner, Tevez

Newcastle: Krul, Perch, Williamson, Coloccini, Jose Enrique, Ben Arfa, Nolan, Tiote, Barton, Gutierrez, Ameobi

Then, on the other channel, Arsenal travel to Stamford Bridge to play Chelsea at 4pm, where both clubs are looking to bounce back from defeats last week. Elsewhere, and not on the box, 18th-placed Liverpool take on 16th-placed Blackpool at 3pm.

As always, the Dugout Discussion will be with you throughout the day. Enjoy.

This Torres injury is pure gold, it makes my wildcard choices so easy and saves me over £1m meaning that I can have Fabs and Malouda

Magic! (Plus I chose Tevez over Torres this week)

If he does they are massively undeserved.
Kompany was the best City player, and Tiote and Gutierrez deserve baps too.

It would be Brilliant now if Chelsea won a penalty and Drogba's only involvment in today's action was to miss it.

Well a guy can dream, Torres to score infinitely more points than Didier. I'm clearly going to face a stonking of epic proportions over the next 90 minutes.

Just give me an entertaining game to watch at least, only one I've had all weekend.

            Oh, yeah, probably.

Don't really want to think about it too much as there's so many days, and games, between now and the next gameweek, but yes, if (when?) I sell Torres come a couple of Friday's time I imagine he'll be high up on the list.

Worth watching on the highlights, entertaining stuff. I just hope Ben Arfa isn't too bad, IF it is broken the lad has gone right up in my estimation - he was waving to the fans from the stretcher. Hardly the reaction I would have expected from a premadonna Frenchman

Hmmmm. I have Gerrard, and my plan all along was to get Fabregas. But it occurred to me that I can do.

Gerrard and Barton > Van der Vaart and Arteta.

Giving me a midfield of VDV, Arteta, Dempsey, Nani, and Malouda to go with a strikeforce of.

    Drogba, Berba, and Carroll.

I have been in get Fabregas mode since the beginning of the season when I thought he would play game 2 against Blackpool after missing game 1. Lot to think about over the intl break.

Or get the same midfield you're considering but with Tevez not berba

I can do the same as well, just instead of nani i will have ertington instead. Gerrard is the only spark in a poor pool at the momment. Still pondering to change him to Fab onot.

      VdV, Fabregas, Malouda, Nani (Routledge)
      Carroll, Drogba, Berbatov
