A game being billed as the most important Merseyside derby in years kicks off a double bill of Sunday afternoon fixtures. NESV-owned Liverpool travel up the road to city rivals Everton, with both sides looking for only their second win of the campaign.

Everton will already be confident of inflicting defeat on their arch-rivals for the first time in the league for over four years, but that confidence will be bolstered with the team news. Jamie Carragher fills in at right-back for the injured Glen Johnson, Steven Gerrard partners Lucas Leiva in defensive midfield and Phil Jagielka passes a late fitness test to play…

Everton XI: Howard, Neville, Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Coleman, Heitinga, Arteta, Osman, Cahill, Yakubu

Liverpool XI: Reina, Carragher, Skrtel, Kyrgiakos, Konchesky, Gerrard, Lucas, Meireles, Cole, Maxi, Torres

The final game of the day sees Manchester City visit Bloomfield Road, with most fantasy-managers praying for contrasting returns for a certain Argentinian. That game kicks off at 4pm.

    Oh well, life is hard and then you die...

    Getting tired of bale, gerrard and litlle bit for malouda too.
    Would like to do bale -> vdv, but don't have enough money so
    what do you think of following trasfers for next couple of gw's.

    Bale, Gerrard and Malouda OUT
    VDV, Arteta and Fab IN.

    Really hard to let malouda go though..

        Yeah, that is/was a plan. Now just getting pissed to watch bale price go down and vdv's up at the same time. Allready lose 0.4 on that one, cos letting bale "one more week"..

            I think on fire is a bit premature, 2,1,2,4,9,15 have been Zogs points this season, 6 less than Brunt.

            I agree N'Zog is now hitting some form, and has some good home games coming up, so maybe now is the time to get him in.

            Lots of people on here have been raving abot N'Zogs for the last few weeks but for no big reason...he is simmering!
