Hats and scarves on folks, we’ve one last roll of the dice in gameweek fourteen as Sunderland play host to Everton this evening.

This morning’s paper reports proved to be correct as Asamoah Gyan sits out with leg injury allowing Darren Bent to return to the team. Anton Ferdinand comes in for Sunderland’s rock – no joke – Titus Bramble, presumably having picked up a knock too. Everton are unchanged. Full teams follow…

    I am in 2 mini leagues with some fairly experienced players though none of them seem to care about the value of the teams .. so I am nearly @ £107m and reckon at the next wildcard that should give me a differential ... am 2m ahead of the nearest one and millions ahead of most as well as just about leading one mini league and 3rd in the other (out of 7) so not too bad ..

            Thats another possibility, in the interest of fairness they need to have clear guidelines as to why they award bonus points, or the allocation could be clear bulls**t. Btw I haven't seen the game Arteta may well have deserved the points ahead of Cahill.

              I'm sure some of the comments are biased but I did watch the game, and he was shocking at times. I do have Cahill and although he was quieter 2nd half he was better than Arteta

                well that may b fair but last week in the villa man utd game downing and albrighton were brilliant and got 0 BP evra got man of the match at the weekend and got 0 BP and in the city derby vidic was excellent and got 0 BP so theres some BS going on somewhere! out of those players i only have evra in case you think im biased

            I'm sending an email about Arteta's BPs. Not because I think it will work, I 100% know that it won't, but I need to vent my anger. Shouting at Americans on Black Ops isn't cutting it for me, so I've come crawling back.

            Read any match report on the game, and Cahill is rated higher than Arteta, and read the Everton boards where there are plenty of people slagging Arteta off for another substandard performance.

        Well, it was a glorious swansong by Arteta for me tonight.

        I transferred him out for VdV on Saturday, but I had a funny feeling that he was going to do something this GW so I played him. 9 points is a nice way to end his tenure in my team with.

        I can't believe so many people are whining about Arteta's bonus when we ALL know that players like Arteta, Adam, N'zogbia and Cesc don't need to do much to get bonus.There was absolutely nothing shocking about the bonus pts imo

        Does anyone know how I can return some points?

        I like to think of myself as an honest man and tonight I received two bonus points which I cannot, with a clear conscience, accept.

        I know that some will say that it is a long season and that these things have a tendency to even themselves out... but neither I nor any other fpl players with Arteta in their side will sleep well tonight, our league positions bolstered by dishonestly garnered points.
