    Awesome game.
    Really enjoyed it and won some small change to boot 🙂 Chelsea squad or lack there of is catching up to them aswell as their age. Arsenal excellent but still a disater waiting to happen at the back.
    Still 3- 1 was kind to Chelsea given the other chances Arsenal had.

    And its not Carlos fault totally imo , Roman not investing and trying to promote youth isnt working.

        It's just loads of stuff all piled together. Age, injuries, loss of a few players, shit bench, Drogba's malaria, something Ray Wilkins-related.

        Ancelotti is going to be the scape goat, but doesn't deserve to be.

        if anything it proves how silly his method of rating fabregas on just goals and assists is. his first assist was a 1 yard poke, his goal was an open goal and his 2nd assist was a cescual through ball which he does all the time. fabregas usually does well against anyone (because he's a top player) this time there wasn't vela or arshavin to miss all his set-ups.

    So- were arsenal really good or chelsea really bad? I sense it may be the latter to a large extent (as brilliant as arsenal's first goal was) The weakest I've seen them in midfield for a long time....

      Got rid of him months ago for Carlito.

      Got the same dilemma with Cashley though. This slump doesn't look like ending anytime soon and he is a colossal waste of money right now.

      Would just do Cole to Onuoha but Sunderland have Blackpool this week so not sure there's a cleanie there tomorrow.

      Mebbie just play Cashley and save the extra transfer for the weekend? Could bring in Gerrard then for GW22 in Cahill's place.

    Im not buying this talk of VDV not starting, he played great the other day and came off with 15 mins to go. He looked really up for it at the end aswel and looks like he's really enjoying his football atm, 100% captain for me although id be confident captaining 6 of my 7 mids/forwards..

        With Fabs out nasri will be central to arsenal attacking again against a wigan team that very likely will concede at least 2/3 imo, Nasri/arsenal also has a great away record and he always seems to pick up points away..
