A Gameweek under floodlights brings a midweek Fantasy Premier League deadline – not only that we’ve got the lure of double fixtures to consider. That all adds up to a supremely busy Tuesday evening around here, with plenty of Fantasy Managers wiping away the perspiration in search of some last minute inspiration.

We’ve opened up the Matchday Surgery chatroom nice and early for you to allow you time to settle in, find yourself a seat in the stand and try to fight off those last minute knee jerks.

    Deary me - barely a minute into proceedings between Blackpool and Birmingham and Matt Derbyshire has already provided his entry for miss of the evening. Alexander Hleb feeds Liam Ridgewell down the left and his cross finds Derbyshire six yards out, centre of goal, unmarked - only for the striker to prod wide. Oops.

    Hi all. At 25 mins past 7 thought I would have one last check of my team that I had picked days ago and noticed al habsi was red (other keeper was Robinson). Took a panicked 4 point hit for reina. Is al habsi still a bolton player and that's why he was red or have I made a wasteful transfer?
