A Gameweek under floodlights brings a midweek Fantasy Premier League deadline – not only that we’ve got the lure of double fixtures to consider. That all adds up to a supremely busy Tuesday evening around here, with plenty of Fantasy Managers wiping away the perspiration in search of some last minute inspiration.

We’ve opened up the Matchday Surgery chatroom nice and early for you to allow you time to settle in, find yourself a seat in the stand and try to fight off those last minute knee jerks.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

            But as SuperDunny (should be SupperDunny btw with the size of that guys waistline 🙂 ) points out, the members section was fine, always is when the rest goes down - and that's the bit you pay for.

            I get what you mean, but this part of the site is free, and the membership was - the way I understood it - to pay for the opta stats and prem fixtures, not servers for the website.

    i finally got the utd line up about 3 mins before deadline, was it out before this ? - where is the best place to get them from ? I used to have a great link on my old pc but lost it, it would just list teams (all leagues) as they rolled through - any ideas ?

      It happens every time line ups are released before deadline.

      I suggest in future you have your transfer planned and check sporting life for the line ups to confirm starters.

    regretting not putting nani captain. with rooney out he'll be the go-to man for attack and with recent old trafford results vs stoke at 5-0 and 4-0, i think a fresh nani will run riot. have adam captain but what can u do?! whats done is done...

    Guys, my work colleague got me again today with another one of his oh so (not) funny geurilla transfers...

    He got a hold of my team and swapped Nani out for Malouda.

    Could have been much worse. Not as bad as his Drogba out for Xisco earlier in the season but still. It's annoying. Nani better underperform.

    feels weird that despite getting Adam in, i don't want him to have a stormer since he's not my captain and is a lot of others. celebrations if he scores will be akin to those when sitting inthe home section watching your team score against them.....weyyyyy (sit down)
