There are three exciting developments concerning our Members Area today. Firstly, and most significantly we’ve slashed the price of Membership for the rest of the season to just £10.

You can now sign up and get the full Members Ticker, the customisable and feature-filled Next Six Ticker plus of course access to our sortable tables of OPTA player and team performance statistics. All that for a tenner; plus there’s more to come with news of updated Player Projections for the FPL game…

The second piece of news however concerns the Opta stats. We are now out of Beta for Phase Two of the Members area which means that, in addition to cumulative stats over the season, you can now view statistics for players and teams by the Gameweek. Members can use filters to analyse performance over the current and last Gameweek and the last two, four and six Gameweeks. Using the Advanced Filters you can also set up your own ranges and choose to view averages by Games Played, rather than absolute data.

The final development, as promised, concerns the Player Projections – we’ve been working to update these in time for the Gameweek 22 Fantasy Premier League Wildcards and I’m please to say that these have now been updated.

What are Player Projections?
These are our predictions for all the vital FPL stats for every player in the game – predicted until the end of the season. Basically they allow you to view a predicted return for players and we’ve included a field that shows points gained from Gameweek 22 to the end of the season to cater for your Wildcard needs.

How were they put together?
We built these new Projections from scratch rather than work with the existing data. The sortable tables are based on FPL performance so far with modifiers applied for the difficulty of their remaining fixtures and their current form. We’ve also used the OPTA data to apply further modifiers based on the analysis of players performance that these stats allow.

How do I use the Projections?
Basically if you’re playing your Wildcard, these tables can be used to view a projected return for goals, assists, clean sheets, FPL Bonus and of course, FPL total points for all the top players. We’ve included sortable tables of the top 25 Keepers, 100 Defenders, 100 Midfielders and 50 Strikers.

Will they be updated?
These projections have been built specifically with the Gameweek 22 Wildcard in mind. They won’t be updated each week but may well get a refresh later in the season, prior to the final run-in. We will keep you posted on that.

There are doubtless some minor bugs to fix in the data but I thought it would be great to roll these out to Members now, prior to the Gameweek 23 deadline. The tables will be tweaked over the next few days then I’m sure.

So, all this is now available to Members, while Non-Members can now sign up to get access for just £10 via Paypal or via a cheque or Postal Order to the address below:

Fantasy Football Scout Payment Centre

Cheques should be made payable to “Fantasy Football Scout Ltd”.

Please be sure to register a “Free” account first and include your username and the email address you used to sign up with with your payment.

A gamble but one that is worth taking IMO, we have Myhill in goal and are long overdue a cleanie to be honest! Our defence is bad, but one clean sheet all season makes it sound worse than it actually is..

    Chaps,

Could someone please explain what I'm missing?

Blackpool are a better team than WBA, right?

Blackpool's away form - judged solely on it's own - grants them Champions League status, right?

WBA's home (and away) form grants them a relegation battle, right?

WBA have lost their last five league games, right?

Blackpool arrive at WBA in top form, right?

    Best odds...

    WBA 5/6
    Blackpool 18/5 (VC)

Before I empty my bank account on Blackpool..

I wouldn't say Blackpool are better than the baggies.
They've had a good run yes, but I don't think they actually are better.

Coleman, easy. Two ways to score points and Fulham are hopeless away from home.

Who to bench from a front eight of Nani, Nasri, Brunt, Adam, VDV, Torres, DJ and Tevez. It's one of Nani, DJ or Adam I think. Hating to leave any of them out.

if i know dzeko is going to start I would pick him over tevez as dzeko is a phenomenal goal scorer and as the target man he will be very successful.

But he might be on the bench so will go with tevez for now

dzeko has come from the bundesliga which is similar to the prem compared to other european leagues like italy and spain

Also wolfsburg played a fast paced football, prem will suit him in my opinion

    Hart
    Coleman Johnson Elmo
    Nasri Fabregas Adam Vdv Nani
    Tevez Odemwingie

    Bench: Al-Habsi, Campbell, Jara, Dann.

Is that the right team to start in everyones opinion? Didn't really want to drop Campbell but theres nobody else and I can't start Jara because West Brom never keep clean sheets!

can someone help me with my team, stuck on who to get in:

    Foster
    elomhammady evatt kolarov
    nani adam nasri(c) vdv
    drogba varney torres

    subs: rafael, konchesky, nzogbia

would i be right in presuming elmohammady will get a game and should i risk it on kolarov playing, unless somone can suggest a mid price defender going into this game week and the dgw's.

You could dump Konch right now for Alcaraz and becnh Evatt. Blackpool will concede. I'd play Zog over Varney too.

I don't think elmo will play and kolarov I'm not sure. If the latter plays then you may win big with him (the week after I sold him)

      Play nzog instead of varney

Rooney for drogs for the doubleGW

Get rid of konch for anyone, fulham defender probably

As for evatt guess your right, so dropped him for rafael. Will probably get another defender before deadline incase elmohammady or kolarov dont play. just cant be having 3 risky defenders in my team.

As an arsenal fan I disagree with you 😀 Definitely Nasri >>> Walcott. Nasri is first choice to the other wing and Arshavin and Walcott are competing for the other wing. I think that winger place is now Walcott's to lose. Nasri just switches from left wing to right if Arshavin is playing instead of Walcott.
