If yesterday served up an almighty feast of Premier League football and fantasy points, then today we’ll have to be content with the left-over scraps. Just one game on offer this Sunday, as Blackburn Rovers host West Bromwich Albion.

With neither team a ‘double gameweeker’, it’s hard to imagine many fantasy managers have much interest in this game. But maybe you are one of the three people that voted for Peter Odemwingie in this weeks Captain’s Poll and have a lot riding on this game. The Dugout Discussion is therefore open for business as per usual, but don’t expect much company.

Nevertheless, the team news from Ewood Park is in, and here are the line-ups…

Blackburn XI: Robinson, Salgado, Samba, Givet, Olsson, Dunn, Jermaine Jones, Pedersen, Hoilett, Kalinic, Santa Cruz

West Brom XI: Myhill, Jara, Tamas, Olsson, Cech, Brunt, Mulumbu, Thomas, Scharner, Morrison, Odemwingie

Roque Santa Cruz is handed his first league in his second spell for Rovers. Also getting a start for the home side is the new German-American footballer Jermaine Jones. No Dorrans for West Brom.

Akers Richard or Akers, as he is known, has been regularly haunting this site since July 2008. He is young and foolish, take what he says with a pinch of salt. Follow them on Twitter

21 nationalities have been involved in today's game, 18 from the start with 3 coming on from the bench. The all time record will be broken if Gianni Zuiverloon comes on for wba to become the 22nd nationality involved. Blackburn also have 2 other nationalities on their bench but they have used all their subs

why do people keep saying blackpool for the drop? i could understand at the start of the season, or even a few months into the season, but now that we're almost two-thirds of the way into the season, surely people have realised that BP wont get relegated? imo they'll finish 13-16th, with West Ham, Wolves and Wigan for the drop with WBA 17th

"when everyone is fit". so rare that the question doesnt need to be answered.

      But usually, the sequence is:

      Almunia, Fabianski, Sz??esny, Mannone, Shea

Tough question. We don't know the extent of Fabianski's injury. When Wenger drops a keeper he always says he's injured (Lehmann, Almunia, and now maybe Fabianski). Szes... has kept many CS now, so it will be difficult for Wenger to drop him...

if they get cahill, i'll get him for sure at that price. problem is, i don't see wenger willing to spend any money for a cb. he likes to get unknowns and develop, which is great, but if you want to win trophies a quality/experienced cb and keeper is a must.

anyone else make the mistake of bringing in walker w/their wildcard? do you all reckon that fergie will throw rafael back into his starting rb role tues vs. blackpool? kind of hoping he doesn't at this point since i have bardsley on the bench after him and i don't see them keeping a cleanie at bloomfield road.

rafeal should be back, is hes desperate to play o shea he can easily do so at LB (evra only lasted 45) or CB (ferdy)

a 1 game ban is a day off

The officials are terrible alright in most games.

Really angry with myself about it, should have had one of them two, couldn't make up my mind and played safe instead.
As Seanigula said, it really was the week to play your wildcard, everyone of the sites favourites came good. Not sure that gameweek 27 can be anywhere near as good as this.
Mark played his wildcard but hardly benefitted from it, he already had Berbatov and Torres. Not sure why he didn't get RVP or Dempsey. Missed opportunity I think.

How can you possibly say that week 27 won't be as good as this? And then what about week 28 when Chelsea and Utd have a double?

I played my wildcard and got 67, so did pretty poorly considering. I have Evra & Walker in my team, which says it all really. Took Van Persie out Friday night so I could get Evra in, who gets subbed off at half time.

Also went for Rooney over Berbatov...

I went Rooney over Berbatov too, one of them things. Berbatov is doing tremendous this year and to think the amount of stick he got last year. He couldn't do it without Rooney though.

Yup, and it's killing me. I'm living off last year too much, have had Torres in my team too much just hoping he'll grab the form of last season, same with Rooney. I didn't get Nasri until quite late either, I just didn't believe his form wouldn't continue..

Only player who I got this year before a big haul was Nani.. Everyone other player I just keep missing out!

I fear Citeh more than Arsenal. There would be nothing worse than for them to win it. I can see this Dzeko signing could be another Asprilla.

20 points is hardly anything. Its difficult to tell without your points history and how much cash you have, but with a gap that small just getting your captain right will be enough.

On paper your team looks like it has more potential.

You don't need that money anywhere.

Good cheap defense options are everywhere.

          Look at this:

          Djourou, Kelly, Coleman, Murphy, Simpson.

Cheap to an extreme but still great choices. You can always throw in a Hangeland or Vidic, but really, it's not necessary.

Fabregas is worth those extra funds for the reliability of his bonus points.
